I wanted to like this place. When I walked in, it seemed somewhat busy. I ordered a bubble gum raspado and a scoop of ice cream, and twenty-five minutes later, I was still waiting. I ended up walking out without trying anything; it was pretty frustrating. They should give customers a heads-up about wait times as a courtesy because that is too long.
