Uptown Downtown — Restaurant in Rialto

Not a drinker and honestly I came for all the good food I'd heard about. Well we came and they lost a star because their menu is not what's on their website. However, we did stay and order. We got the chicken sandwich (which was temp hot and juicy and really good), mozzarella sticks (which were some of the best I've had in a long time), pepperoni pizza ( worse then gas station pizza. Will not redo). We happend to go on Karaoke night and it was actually REALLY fun! I LOVE that it's well lit so you don't get the dive bar vibes when your there. If they had a better food selection I would frequent a TON more for date nights without the kids, And mom's night out. Honestly only reason they lost a star was their lack of menu when it still shows the old menu on the website, and their pizza sucks.

Easy things they could improve: update the website with the new menu, get better frozen pizzas then you currently offer, and make your ranch from scratch and stop using bottled ranch. Offer silverware as an option even if it's plastic. Have house music not be explicit.

Things they do great: the Tables and floors were clean! Great lighting and friendly staff, great chicken sandwich and mozzarella sticks. Karaoke night was super fun. Environment makes you want to get up and dance.

Place is located in the downtown Rialto area. Too close to city hall and police station. It is a little tight inside. No dance area. Waitress takes a little long to serve food and drinks. The patio feels more roomy. The bathrooms are co-ed with only a stall each. The food was decent not gourmet but they make it look that way. Thursdays is karaoke night. Drinks are a little overpriced with no drink specials. Overall decent place for a bar hop then move on...

I really enjoyed myself at a good time, but the next morning when I looked at my receipts on my phone I realized I was charged twice to enter and when I call to talk to someone about it no one ever answers the phone so be careful with your debit card. Had some funny business with my drinks as well. Charge what they charge for my drinks...
