If I could leave no star at all I would!!! I ordered 5 pizza's online (only did the online because I could not get an answer by calling) from the Rice Lake Domino's. I was treated so terribly it was rediculas. After my daughters graduation we all went back to my brothers to set up for the party and we thought to be nice we would buy pizza's for a late supper. My daughter and my mother are very allergic to dairy (not lactose) so we ordered one of the deluxe pizza with no provelone and no cheese and to change the black olives to green olives. We got the pizzas and there was cheese on the pizza. I called right away and said that one of the pizzas was supposed to have no cheese, the male who answered told me that my order was so complicated that he wondered if it was correct. (I left my number if there was any questions on the order and no one called me) I tried to tell him that I left my number if there was questions and he talked over me and asked if I had ever made a pizza before, which I have (Kids Korner, Drag's, Gas Station Deli, etc) I told him in fact I have and this is a pretty easy order. He repeatedly told me that I was wrong and the receipt was not correct where it said no cheese he then asked what I want from him. I asked him to make another pizza with no cheese and they can come get the one with the cheese. He said that is not how this world works MA'AM. He was vulgar and demeaning and refused to correct the mistake unless I paid full price for the correct pizza. I asked if I could talk to the manager and he said "no way MA'AM that is not how this is going to work" I then asked what his name is and he said that it was priveleged information that I didnt need to know. I tried to explain again that 2 of our company can not have dairy and he again said that is not his problem and then started yelling at me that customers dont know anything and he hung up on me and I of course called him back. He answered the phone "are you going to listen to me" not Domino's nothing. I said " Will you please replace the pizza with a pizza with no cheese" and he said that is not going to happen unless I pay the full price for that one pizza. I tried to reason with him and he just kept yelling into the phone MA'AM MA'AM MA'AM MA'AM I did eventually yelled at him no more fing Maam. He again hung up. Domino's Rice Lake Location- **What is good customer service? Good customer service means consistently meeting customers' expectations. Great customer service is quick, easy, personalized, and empathetic. Companies that deliver excellent customer service take the time needed to understand the needs of their unique customer base. Read moreI'm a strong believer in a little bit of kindness can go a long way, apparently rice lake domino's does not. I've been here maybe a handful of times but this time I was taking my sister and 2 younger cousins to Starbucks next door. Well I accidentally drove behind someone that was trying to back into a parking spot after I thought they gave me the look like they wanted me to kinda pass behind them( if that makes sense, no one was hurt just a simple miss understanding) an employee came of the back yelling " Hey Lady!" At me then I didn't stop because why would I stop for a middle aged man screaming at me? He pulled up right next to me in the Starbucks drive through honking his horn at me and aggressively wanting my window down. He proceeded to yell at me saying to have patience but when I tried to explain that it was a misunderstanding on my part he told me the other employee " she would never do that " he said that like I knew her. Then he flipped me off and drove away. Starbucks worker felt so bad as she heard everything he said from the drive through. Read moreMy daughter is a picky eater like most kids are...I'm sick and decided to order pizza from domino's. I was so happy that they delivered to cameron. On one of the pics u can see that I wanted sausage arena mushroom on half. Not the whole pizza. But some how they managed to get it wrong anyway. This want the first time that they did this either. The last few times I wasn't going to be picky and just told her to pick it off. But this is the third time that they've messed up our order. In another picture. You can plainly see that her pizza was smashed from putting it on the bottom. She also wanted a brownie and noodle to go with her pizza to. I get that the noodles are a little heavy but common sense would dictate to put the pizza on top of everything else so that this wouldn't happen. Right? Nope...my daughter got squashed pizza that wasn't even what we ordered. I don't recommend this place anymore!...
