If I could give zero stars I would. I have had nothing but issues with this location and their store manager, Doug. I used to tip all the time, even when they can’t read an order and would make the sandwich wrong and/or forget chips/cookies/sauces/napkins/straws. This last time I ordered. I received the correct drinks, and a sandwich that looked disgusting, supposed to be a chicken bacon ranch toasted. The chicken looked so gross I threw it away, after taking a picture of it. It was uneatable, I would’ve gotten sick from eating it, as it looked like TUNA!! I also ordered another sandwich with 2 bags of chips and a cookie, didn’t receive any of that. I was told BY THE STORE MANAGER, that at first we could make a second trip to pick up the rest of the order BUT REFUSED TO REMAKE THE CHICKEN BACON RANCH SANDWICH. When I explained what it looked like and was extremely white and was not edible, the store manager told me that IM A PROBLEM AND ON THE PROBLEM CUSTOMER LIST, hung up in the store!!! And he refused to remake my sandwich!!! 8 out of 10 times, if not every time, this location in rice lake either takes an hour to deliver and/or doesn’t send what you order and make the sandwiches correctly. If that makes a customer a “problem” sounds like the REAL PROBLEM IS THE STORE MANAGER. I tip when service times are good and orders are correct. After two correct orders I would resume tipping them, as I have had nothing but bad experiences, along with co workers and friends with this location, “Freak fast” as you claim to be, is not this location. If you are short staffed or short drivers, common courtesy is to call the customer to see if extended times work, or if they can make other arrangements. Work places only give you so lunch for a lunch break. Common courtesy is communication. I was notified from the app saying my order was ready for pickup. My husband went to pick it up, and didn’t receive the full order, not even a 3rd of the order!!! I was informed by Doug, the store manager, that he refused to remake my chicken bacon ranch toasted sandwich, as he stated “it looks like that since it’s toasted”, yet I ordered it before and it looked like normal chicken and right, so I know something wasn’t right with the chicken. Doug also told me, that he will be refunding me my order and I will not get the rest of my order, and that I am not to order from the Rice Lake location again, if I did, they would cancel my order, as I’m a “difficult customer”. How am I difficult when the rice lake location can’t read a order slip for sandwich orders and adding in the sides to the bags. I have spoken to many people about rice lake location, and so many others have the same issues. Don’t receive their add on’s, sandwiches are made incorrectly, and extremely slow delivery times. This is unacceptable! I understand if places are short staffed, but to be treated like this is extremely unprofessional and wrong. I’ve ordered from other towns, and have had no problems!! Normally pretty happy however haven't ordered in awhile First off the $5.95 sub is now $6.40 not a big deal but not sure when or why this is Secondly I specifically asked for 7 grain bread not the sub bread and it shows up on wrong bread. So, I call and they would be more than happy to make me a new sandwich and run it up here however, I only have so long for my lunch break so I'm "stuck" eating something I did not order. VERY DISAPPOINTED with this particular lunch order!!!! Oh and I paid $1.75 for delivery plus tip the driver so all around not happy with todays service when I spend $20 for 2 sandwiches I think they could at least do them right. Then, when it did finally arrive, it tasted like it’s been sitting out all day. Slimy, soggy, and room temp warm. The mayo and vegetables were gross. Absolutely disgusting. After three bites, I threw it out. I couldn’t do it.
For context, I’ve had to eat dehydrated food out of a bag. I mean, I can swing into a fast food joint and not complain. I’m not even asking for a refund.
