Beyond Borders Cafe — Restaurant in Rich Township

What a phenomenal addition to the Homewood/Flossmoor area!! Completely blew us away with the very best coffee (hot, flavorful, delicious) and killer scones! It is so nice to have a new, exceptional-quality spot for coffee and pastries. The atmosphere is so charming, you could be there all day. We sat at a high top but there are sofas, counter service , and standard tables. We were told a wine/beer selection is expected in October.

I’ve been in here twice already since they opened recently and had a great experience both times. They have nitro which was excellent, and the iced oat milk latte I had was also great. They also have a well stocked pasty case with muffins, scones, cookies, etc. Staff was super friendly, service was quick, and there is a good amount of comfortable seating for lounging and visiting. The decor and ambiance of this cafe are super chic and charming. It has such a cozy vibe that you know you can settle in with a book or have a long chat with a friend. I ordered a vanilla oat milk cappuccino; and while I didn't taste the vanilla, the foam was incredibly good. I can't wait to visit this...
