I’m very disappointed. We went to dinner for Valentine’s Day. We sat at our table at 7PM. Our server greeted us about 5-10 minutes later. Took our drink order and then came back to take our food order (we ordered a burger and chicken wrap). She come back about 5 minutes later with our drinks and appetizers. 35 more minutes go by and our food is not at our table. We ask the server to check on it for us. She comes back about 10 minutes later (after avoiding us walking around the dining room) and said “we just had a big to go order go out”…. Meanwhile we watched the dining room empty and REFILL. Others sat after us got their food and were finishing, while we hadn’t even received our food. She completely ignores our table for another 20 minutes. We grab another server to get the manager and our check, because we had been waiting for 55 minute for our food (it’s also like 80 degrees in the building). She MAGICALLY appears with our food. And then asked us if we want it to go before sitting it down… we say no. Can we pay for our drinks. She prints out the check and slaps it down on our table, takes our card, and swipes it. Puts the receipt needing to be signed on the table- all without saying one single word or apologizing- with a complete attitude. I don’t know this server’s name because she never told us….
We go up front to speak to the manager… Bob comes up front and we explain the situation to him. He apologizes and said the server should’ve apologized, etc. States the “kitchen is overwhelmed” although they aren’t really that busy. Never offered to comp our drinks we paid for or give us another meal. States he can’t comp our drinks since we already paid for them….
Just very, very disappointed. We understand mistakes happen and are very understanding but when no apology is given and you get complete attitude instead, then that’s just poor service. We’ve been here before and wanted to enjoy a nice dinner- but idk if we will ever be back with that service.

Read moreI keep trying to give this place a chance because I live in the area & it’s within walking distance for me. After taking almost a year break due to some other less than satisfactory experiences, & a few decent ones here and there, this is it. On 2/10/24, I called and placed a pick up order for the Brewhouse Tex Mex Fajitas with grilled chicken. I went to pick it up & tipped an additional $3, bringing my total to $22.80. When I got home, I was amazed at what I had received for almost $23. I will insert pictures and video. The tortillas were as hard as rocks. Like discs. I literally could not use them to make a single fajita. The vegetables were huge and undercooked. They’d been thrown on the grill to get a slight char but were crunchy & firm on the inside. They were so big, and with the small amount of chicken I received & it seemed like I ordered vegetable fajitas instead. The meal was poorly put together & flat out unacceptable. I debated writing this because I would rather support local businesses, but I can’t blindly support either. Both the food and service leave a lot to be desired. There’s a certain smug vibe I often get from this place. I previously spoke with a manager privately about another incident a while back, & he was dismissive and seemingly uninterested in what I had to say and gave me a $5 gift card to smooth things over. I should have wrote this place off then, but I was hungry one night and it’s close by so I revisited, and things were fine. Had a few more okay visits since then...
Read moreI was a part of a large group of people that had reached out days prior to coming in on a Sunday for brunch. We were told that they did not take reservations but still encouraged us to come in.
We showed up right when the restaurant opened at 11:30 am, and were immediately given grief for having a group as large as we did, despite the call and conversation days earlier. We were eventually told to sit down in an area, where no more than 10 minutes later we were asked to move again because of a different large group who had a reservation...Our group was upset to say the least, as we were clearly told reservations couldn't be taken.
We were then seated where multiple tables were pushed together, but some of the staff were still showing frustration for having to serve us. One young lady that didn't typically work the mornings was very nice, but the remainder of the wait staff was not too kind. It took roughly 30 minutes for the staff to even start taking our orders, and then our food didn't come out for another hour and a half.
The food was pretty good, so I would recommend that. However, I think there's a huge issue with service in this establishment. If you take reservations, accept reservations. If there's a conflict, tell your customers the truth so they can determine if they still want to go or if another plan should be set up. This was handled very poorly and wouldn't recommend this place for somewhere larger groups...
