Went for a private party birthday celebration on a Saturday from 4-7pm. I think that maybe they were short staffed. There may have been 30 invitees or so with 2 wait staff. The waiters were courteous but possibly overwhelmed. They did their best. There was a limited menu, understandable. However, it took 45 minutes to receive the food. At our table of 6, 4 meals came cold. Others complained of cold food as well. My dish was hot, although it wasn't what I ordered from the menu presented. They offered to take it back, but I accepted it because it was after 6:30, and I didn't want to risk the wait. I overheard other attendees, one ordered a burger, and it was medium rare. It went back to the kitchen, came back pink or medium, they wanted it well done. At our table, someone ordered the 1/3 lb burger. It looked like a frozen patty from the grocery store and was burnt on one side. One guest made it clear that she had a seafood and fish allergy and ordered wings. She and her husband said the wings smelled like they had been fried in oil that had fish. She had no meal that night. Guests started to leave at 7pm. The birthday cake came out around 7:10. Those of us at the door stopped to sing. The cake may have just come out of the oven because the frosting was melting. I included the extensive details so this would not seem like a mean-spirited, dissatisfied rant, just facts. I think that there was only one cook there, but for a business, no excuse. The host of the party booked it based upon reviews. The host apologized to the guests and indicated that she was going to request a reduction in the cost based on the service and cold food. I found out the next day that there was a dispute about the charges, a discount was offered but the party host felt it was not enough, they went back and forth. Per the party host, the owner then locked the doors, and the police were called. The host had to pay more than what she thought the party was worth. She said the owner indicated that nobody complained or sent food back. I witnessed several people complain and send food back. Maybe they weren't ready or able to...

Ā Ā Ā Read moreBEWARE, STAY AWAY. We made a reservation for our family for Motherās Day Brunch. They advertised it to be from 11-3. They were advertised to serve everything from common breakfast foods to ham, beef tenderloin to salmon with a good handful of sides and a dessert tower. We reserved 2:00 for 6 people. At 12:45 they called me and said their last table came in at 12 and could we come earlier to make sure there is enough food. That should have been the first red flag but we agreed to come at 1:30 because where else would we go on Mothers Day without a reservation. We got there and there were only 2 semi large parties there. The gentleman said there was some food out and they are making more. We were given plates and there were two extras with bugs on both. The food sitting there was extremely cold. That consisted of a couple strips of bacon about 10 sausage links, a few pieces of dried up chicken in warmers that didnāt seem to be working. A plate with cold salmon and a plate with cold tenderloin. The newly cooked food that came out was some bacon, scrambled eggs, French toast, some newly cooked chicken and reheated tenderloin in the microwave that was still not warm enough. The had no glasswear to use for our sodas or water besides mimosa glasses. We were so disgusted but the guys didnāt want to cause a stir and ruin Mothers Day nor bother the other tables. The dessert tower did not exist. He brought out 2 little pieces of cake and 4 mini eclairs. They had us pay when we first got there which we shouldnāt have done. I have never experienced anything so bad. It was like going to someoneās house to eat and they didnāt have enough and they scraped together whatever. All of this is not to mention that they could be shut down for...
