Rude and unprofessional. It was my first time ordering here. I ordered a pizza, bread sticks and a sandwich and the sandwich was missing. I asked for the order to be left at the door and I asked the driver not to ring the doorbell but he did anyway. Okay not a big deal but why give this option if they will do whatever they want to?
Even although they screwed up the order and delivery instructions, I just nicely explained the missing item and accepted the managers offer to have a sandwich sent out asap. I thanked him (even although he didn’t apologize or thank me as the customer) and patiently waited. I didn’t even receive an apology from the manager or the driver.
The driver ran through my yard and the neighbors yard which is rude and unprofessional.
This time the delivery driver dropped it off quietly and didn’t knock or ring the doorbell (even although I didn’t request a silent or contactless delivery this time) and I only discovered it sitting outside on the porch because I was tired of waiting and ready to go to bed and wanted to check one last time before doing so. I opened the app and saw that It had been delivered a while ago and didn’t receive a call text or knock on the door or a doorbell ring this time.
After calling back AGAIN and “nicely” complaining about my experience I received a halfa$$ apology from who I presume to be the manger who just offered me a credit for a sandwich later on. I didn’t thank him this time. Honestly it should be more than just an equal credit at this point but I’ll take it. I won’t order delivery from here again. Either I’ll go elsewhere or order carry out. I’m afraid to even buy anything from them including the sandwich I have a credit for as I don’t trust them with my food anymore.
The food smelled and tasted good but if you have a problems they will do the absolute bare minimum. Customer service has gone down the...
Read moreFirst let me say that normally I greatly enjoy this location. It’s quick and quality. However…the last two times I ordered a pizza with Alfredo as the sauce…and there was zero sign of cheese. The first time I did nothing about it as I was already home and didn’t want to bother. It was impossible to eat…and I had to wait over 20 minutes after arriving home to eat it because my first bit burned my mouth so bad. Even after waiting…all the toppings slid all over the place…and I was a hot mess trying to eat it. This time…I checked it…and same thing. So I went inside and happened to speak directly to the manager (yes I do know his name…no I will not call him out)…who also made my pizza. I told him there was no cheese…it is just sauce. I opened it to show him. He told me that there is cheese…it is on the bottom. I ran my finger through the top and said that I can’t eat this because everything falls off…it happened last time. He told me there are two ways to make it…with cheese on top or on bottom. At this point I was getting frustrated. There is no other pizza at Domino’s that has the sauce on top. I have had the cheese on the top before…and when looking up the chicken bacon Alfredo pizza…the cheese is on top. I could not understand how this manager is going to tell me that I’m the one in the wrong here. He did offer to remake it…but not without still insisting I am wrong. I waited about 15 minutes…and he came out to deliver my pizza. He never apologized…and was clearly irritated.
I have enjoyed this location…but this will be my last visit. I cannot handle a manager who insists the customer is wrong because she says the cheese belongs on top of the pizza. Pretty sure you don’t do that with your tomato sauce. Take the customer feedback and reevaluate putting sauce on top…don’t make the customer feel like she is the problem. I will be speaking with customer...
Read moreI will not be returning to this location solely for the poor customer service. I called in to place an order for pick up. I explained that I wanted the 3 topping NY style pizza. Instead of being helpful it seemed the team member would prefer to be condescending. I explained that the website promoted a 3 topping NY style pizza for $10.99, but I was told rather sarcastically that I would need to make him aware in order for him to apply the coupon or provide a code. I explained that I believed it to be a promotional, therefore I did not have a code. He gave me a total over $26, so I asked if I was charged $10.99 per pizza, as it should be a couple dollars cheaper after tax. He then reiterates that I would need a coupon/code in order to get that price. After going back and forth I decided that it wasn't worth the hassle to order over the phone. I went into the store only to receive the same attitude, and although I allowed him to explain (still condescending I might add), I was interrupted in explaining my perspective as the customer. I then decided it wasn't worth me spending my money and told him so, but as I was leaving I was told that I was free to leave.
I would suggest better training in phone ettiquite and customer service. There's a professional way to explain coupon protocol to customers.
Also there's a sign on the door that states the lobby is closed and that if there's an issue with management/customer service you will be asked to leave. I can only assume it was placed there by the same rude team member I encountered in person and...
