McDonald's — Restaurant in Rich Township

I have really never had that many issues with this McDonald's and it is very clean the drive-thru is amazing as the people that were working there are not incompetent and they give the people in and out so quickly it is a super clean like I said McDonald's and I do not think that I've ever had any issues with this McDonald's...!!! I ABSOLUTELY RECOMMEND DOWNLOADING & USING THE THE MCDONALD'S APP EVERY SINGLE TRIP TO MCDONALD'S...!!! IF YOU ARE WITH YOUR PARTNER OR HUSBAND OR WIFE AND YOU BOTH HAVE PHONES I SUGGEST DOWNLOADING THE APP AND THEN ASKING FOR A SECONDARY ORDER SO THAT YOU CAN USE A S COUPON ORDEAL AND EVERY DOLLAR THAT YOU SPEND ACTUALLY GAINS YOU TEN POINTS WHICH IS AMAZING AND I ARE JUST LOVING IT MIGHT EVEN GAVE YOU A HUNDRED POINTS I'M NOT FOR CERTAIN SINCE $10 HAS ME YEAH YEAH I HAVE 10,000 POINTS FOR A FREE BIG MAC A FREE QUARTER POUNDER WITH CHEESE...! They are very rude the guy that worked on march 11 2023 at 2:11am he claim is name is Jose who knows because i feel like he was lying because i asked did his name is a very rude manager and the cashiers on the register are as well and this how they treat you for trying to spend money there i work a night job and was trying to get a quick bite to eat i go here and they were rude and nasty and yelling on the microphone for some odd reason because no one said anything after several minutes and i said hello and the lady response was (you gone have to wait )and that was that so i waited another 1 to 2min nothing so i ask am i waiting to get my order taking or you saying I’m going to have to wait for food her response (i told you that you gone have to wait ) but what does that mean wait (then she says we only taking cash )so i say Ok still patiently waiting then i wait longer then proceed to say my order she back yelling I’m like you know what they talking like this I can just imagine what they will do to your food .so i pull off i call in because i want To speak to the manager he is just as rude which was even worst and that’s crazy to me .my advice don’t spend money with establishments that don’t treat you how you are suppose to be treated and guess what i wont be back to...

Terrible customer service—- rude manager. After a long day of baseball games I treated my two boys to the neighborhood McDonald. The drive through person was talking to several other people and taking my order instead of just asking me to hold a minute. Each time I however gave my order —- she still couldn’t get it right! Pulled to the window doe better service and she proceeded to still take another persons order while talking to me. I asked for a manger hoping for better service spoke with Jennifer who could careless about the situation or any customer service just told me to pull out the way basically instead of treated me as if I was non existent and when I asked for the general managers information and the person taking orders at the window the manager became very uncooperative. I decided this organization did not deserve my money in exchange for the service. We down the stree to McDonald on Lincoln Hwy in Olympia Fields David took my order got it right on the first time!
