These scoops are the SMALLEST SCOOPS I have ever seen in my life.

Take it from me, save your money. Walk over to Tom Thumb purchase you a gallon of blue bell ice cream and a box of waffle. I promise it will taste the same and you would have save yourself $15 with ice cream to spare.

I order from here often because I absolutely love the strawberry shortcake Sunday.

However it was brought to my attention that I should order directly from your website because it was an inconvenience for me to call the ice cream shop with special instructions for my order. As if some how I’m ordering too often.

Manager told me she’s aware for my order but not sure if one of the “kids” answered the phone instead. Honestly if you’re hiring “kids” who can’t understand how to put “cake on the side” so it’s not soggier, then that’s concerning.

This seems Iike a good problem to have for an ice cream shop in this economy.

Very unfortunate &...

I was really disappointed. I got a rocky road shake and it had no flavor and was wayyyy too thin. I should have gone to Tom Thumb next door and bought some chocolate milk for half the price. There were no marshmallows in it at all. And it had almost no chocolate flavor. I paid over 8 bucks for chocolate milk. Then when the server handed me the “shake” it was running down the sides. They didn’t even bother wiping the cup off. Yall should first off add more ice cream to your shakes secondly you should make the shake with chocolate ice cream blend it and then add marshmallows and almonds and then mix it not blend it. Very amateur. Braums is way better not to mention cheaper. Yall are lucky you are the only ice cream shop...
