Today, Wednesday, July 16, 2025, we ordered 3 drinks. One of them, I asked if they could prepare me a mango, coconut, and boba smoothie. The girl told me that she would have to charge me extra for the second flavor. I accepted, and when she handed me the drinks, I left. A few minutes later, I realized that my drink didn't have any boba flavors. My daughter did me a favor by going back to mention what had happened to the young lady. She started arguing with my daughter, claiming that I never asked for the boba flavors. When my daughter mentioned this to me, I immediately went back and asked her what the problem was, and she told me that I hadn't asked for the boba flavor. I told her that I had and that she only mentioned that she would have to charge me extra for the boba flavor. I finally left the drink on the counter and left the establishment. It's very unpleasant to argue with an employee, especially when they don't accept a mistake. My daughter even mentioned that she had heard me order the drink that way. If a person doesn't like serving a customer with respect and doing their job responsibly, why don't they look for another...
Read moreNice new boba place! It's much closer to me than other boba drink places so it's a welcome new venue to the neighborhood region. Pricing is reasonable when compared to other boba places. Addition of toppings/boba is an extra $0.55. I've tried multiple drinks now: hong Kong milk tea, brown sugar milk tea, coconut milk tea, tropical fruit tea, mango tornado, strawberry tornado, matcha creme brulee, honey jasmine milk tea. Everything was good, although when comparing the mango vs strawberry tornado, the mango tastes better. Good news, they use REAL fruit which I love. I'm not the biggest fan of the Hong Kong milk tea. It has some coffee in it but the flavor just isn't there for me. I much prefer the other milk teas that I bought. The matcha creme brulee is nice and refreshing. The tropical fruit tea is really sweet, even at 50% sweetness it still tastes too sweet for me, but again I appreciate that they use really fruit. Maybe do 25% sweet for their fruit teas. Overall, a great new boba place. I love that they have a happy hour during the week days! This will definitely be a major draw for me during my weekday...
Read moreI had a really disappointing experience here and won’t be coming back. I ordered a white mocha boba drink with 25% sugar, but they messed up and made it with 50% sugar instead. Instead of remaking the drink properly, the staff just added more coffee flavor to "balance out" the sweetness — as if that would somehow cancel the sugar. Spoiler: it didn’t. The drink was still way too sweet and completely off from what I ordered.
It’s not just about the taste — it’s about getting what you paid for. I expect a business to take responsibility for their mistakes and remake an incorrect order, not just patch it and hope the customer won’t notice or care. That’s not acceptable customer service.
There are plenty of other boba places that actually listen to your order and care about quality. I won't...
