A lot of confusion from the front to the back! Abby oir server was new, but kind and eager to learn. We started with Onion Rings(my husband loves onion rings and is a dead ringer to order them if on any menu). They were crisp and hot and cooked well. The problem came with the entree. I ordered Snow Crab Legs in the traditional sauce and spice level. The were good sized, hot and succulent in a sauce that was full of garlic with a light spice. My husband ordered CS 15, Stir-fried Glass Noodles with Shrimp and crab. What he got as you can see below, was Flat-Noodles with Mussels, Scallops, Shrimp, and Calamari which is not even on the menu. The bartender noticed us trying to flag down Abby and politely asked what we needed. Of course we explained that although the dish actually tasted GREAT, it was not what we ordered. He confirmed that Yes, these are not Glass Noodles and that no the dish was not correct. He explained that the wait staff was new(They just opened opened Sept. 1st) and he would bring it to her attention. When Abby returned to our table, she apologized explaining that the Chef told her that this was for her table( we get it, she's new and didn't know if the dish was correct or not, so she leaned on the knowledge of the Chef). After speaking with the Chef, Abby informs us that the Chef said the dish was in fact CS15. After going back and forth, the Chef finally admitted that the dish was not exactly as described in the description because they were out of Crab, so he gave him other seafood items to make up for it. Yet, that does not explain why he got the wrong noodles, nor does it explain the fact that I received the Crab legs that I ordered, but they're out of Crab? This could have went very badly, if my husband was allergic to the substitutions he made without informing the server, nor my husband as the customer. Needless to say, we paid for the food and left. I just feel bad for the table that was already seated behind us, when we arrived and STILL hadn't received ANY of their food...

I went last night for the first time. It will also be my last time. What a horrible experience. First, the crawfish we ordered literally had no flavor. The crawfish had not been purged, and the only thing that had a lick of flavor was the corn. I don’t know how that’s even possible! Secondly, the customer service was nonexistent. We were sat, given a pitcher of water, and then had to flag somebody down to take our order. No one ever asked if we wanted drinks. Our food was then dropped off and we never saw anybody again until we had to once again flag someone down for our check. Ridiculous! Don’t get me started on the bill. I ordered half a pound of sausage, which I’m pretty sure was Eckrich, to add to my crawfish boil. I was shockingly charged $17.90 for it. Yes, for half a pound of sausage thrown into the crawfish mix! I haven’t even paid that at high end barbecue places! There was also live music, which I’m sure was lovely, except for the excessive volume. It was so loud that you could not even enjoy the entertainment. I gave them a chance because they were open later than my usual go to. Never again! Lesson learned. Nothing was worth the price or the headache I have today from the loud music. I usually tip 18 to 20% for adequate service. Last night I left about 10% and I regret doing so. I should not have...

The only complaint I could think of, was the beef strips in the were a little too chewy and caused the spring roll to fall apart. Other than that, man that's some tasty food! I got the beef spring rolls and the pho with beef balls (tender beef ground up into a ball form) . The pho was boiling hot when it arrived, and the presentation was fabulous. The taste was oniony with hints of five spice including cinnamon, nutmeg, and star anise. The noodles happily took a dip in the broth and immediately softened. They gave plenty of bean sprouts and a slice of lemon, a jalapeno slice and mint. The dipping sauce for the spring rolls were mildly sweet and worked well poured into the pho broth.

I also was told this location does karaoke every night that it's open! (Closed on Mondays) I'm totally coming back here for sure! There's tons other items on the menu I'm eager to try! Finally the staff are super nice and welcoming. 🤗 Absolutely recommend...

Mine and my Family's VERY first time to visit the other day after purchasing a much needed vehicle from Enterprise Rent-a-car Sales Dealership in Plano, TX. USA as a celebration of the purchase! This particular eatery came highly recommended by our dentist in the general area and a gift card that they gave us to try and check it out! The food was excellent even though our order consisted predominantly of appetizers, diet cokes and Corona Beers. Truly was a great experience! The Vietnamese Chicken Wings, Shrimp and Sampler appetizers were delicious! We ordered shrimp and oyster dinners to go. A bit expensive but REALLY worth the money in the end! See y'all at Crab City off Jupiter Rd. In North Dallas! 🤠😇😎
