First Chinese BBQ — Restaurant in Garland

wrong place to go for lunch food is good but service is really bad! The waitress was rude, they have a hard time understanding what ppl are trying to order, they dont pay attention i was without a drink for a while i had to get her attention which was hard as well, she brought the check without asking if it was together or seperate it didnt bother me then because i thought ill just let the cashier know! Honestly I didnt want to leave a tip but i did im gnna be honest not a good one but the service was bad! So then i go to the cashier to pay and i explain to her that it was seperate and she got mad and in a rude way she stated that next time i should inform the waitress not her! Then i see the waitress in a hurry gets to the owner complaining about the tip so the owner demands more tip for the waitress at that point i was mad so i stated everythi g that had been wrong adding she dont take credit cards i wonder why so she wont have to pay taxes on that and she can keep affording her LV belt and Burberry shirt and keep under paying her waitress!!! horrible place i really hope they read this! And almost every review points out the bas service and there demands for money i should-off search for reviews before going that would off kept me from the...

I have been going to this place for years since it opened and have always known that the food is good and authentic. I have also known the service lacks a lot but the past two visits have been ridiculous! I accidentally spilled my drink and helped her clean it up because I felt guilty. She then doesn't offer me a new one and disappears for 30 minutes. Almost finished with our food I see her and ask her for a replacement and she has an attitude with me. We paid the bill and gave her very little tip (but still left her one) and she embarresses me as I'm trying to walk out the door by saying "stop this tip is NOT enough" and runs to block the door as if I'm stealing from her. I explained why I tipped her very little and she was still yelling, so I left. I hadn't come back in over a year and today I walked in decided to give her another chance. I ordered and paid but she had an attitude the whole time because she recognized me (since I used to visit once a week). I take out cash to pay only for meal because she brought bill super early. I figured I would tip her when I finish. WRONG! She brought back the tray and put it on the table and stood there until I tipped her not even allowing me to finish my meal in peace. Are you kidding me? Never again...

The most unforgettable experience in my life. Would give a 0 Star if I could. Use to go in and order roast pork for to go when I live in Dallas. But when I try to go back and dine in this week, it is the opposite of what I though it would be. There was no one there but the waitress was rude and try to rush our order. Didn’t explain to us about the menu, and when we ask about it, she act like we couldn’t afford to pay them. When we get our order, there was no sauce or nothing and we have to take it from other table. When I ask if the bottle was soy sauce, the waitress act like I was dump, but clearly it said vinegar instead of soy sauce. I been a manger at a bigger restaurant before too and this is absolutely a no no. Later when we eating, I see this other employee or seem to be owner was sitting next to our table and staring at us. It was so weird that we just ignore her and try to finish our meal. And Last was the bill brought to us by the waitress. Now If the service was just good I would have tip her more, but it was very very very bad. Really! So we decide to give her the remain change, but she demand more. Anyway hope other people stay away from this place because it not worth your money being waste to such places...
