Horrible. My husband was in the drive-thru ordering food. The employee told him he wanted a #10 meal with an orange soda. There was a long pause. The order on the screen said that but was wrong because it had a small size. Then he asked again. And my husband repeated it. Then the employee yelled "what else do you want?" So my husband repeated it louder back to him and the employee said "why are you yelling?" My husband said "you're yelling at me. I'm talking louder because you have my order wrong on the screen." The employee yelled "well I can't hear you because you're yelling at me." My husband said "look, just take my order." And then the manager got on the mic and said, "no one can hear you because you keep yelling" my husband said "your employee keeps yelling at me. Is this how you talk to customers? Do you want me to come inside?" The manager says yes. My husband goes inside and asks who was on the microphone and the manager says "no one can hear you because you keep yelling." The employee walked out and my husband said "was that you on the microphone?" He shrugged it off and said "yeah," but didn't acknowledge that my husband was upset with the service. And then, my husband asked "why were you yelling me." The employee started walking away and said, "you were yelling at me. No one could understand you." At that moment, the manager says to another employee to call the police. My husband said "is that it? You're not gonna do anything?" The manager said "you're welcome to wait for the police to come and you can tell them." My husband said "I'll see you guys later." And left. He was going to come back and do a complaint and then I saw this on your website, so he nor I will be returning...
Read moreI got terrible service and an inedible burger. I went tonight for the first time in two years. I thought I would give them another chance since they used to be good. I remembered why I stopped going. I ordered a bacon cheeseburger with mayo and pickles only. I got up to the window, and the guy repeated my burger order, with none of the other stuff I requested. I corrected him. The manager marched to the window, not acknowledging the mistake and told the guy that me adding bacon was $1.50. His name is Rico. He gave me a dirty look. The cost is fine, it's the way the manager behaved that was the issue. His tone was like I purposely didn't order bacon so I could get it free. I ordered the bacon and the drive through guy got it wrong. He should have apologized for the mistake and told me it was $1.50. What happened to good customer service? I ended up paying for the stupid bacon. Then, I got home and the burger was cold. I live 3 minutes away. They also forgot the pickles I ordered at the drive through, then repeated twice at the window. There were two bottom buns. I took a bite and spit it out. The bacon was undercooked and and the burger was cold. The cheese wasn't melted either. It tasted like a slice just out of the fridge . The burger was inedible. For $9.00, the burger was inedible. So, I had to use $12 worth of food and spent 45 minutes making myself food at 8:30 at night. That means I spent $9 on the burger plus the food I made at home. I now have to buy food for an extra night since I wasn't planning on cooking. The manager is terrible as is the service and food. I will never return again. What a joke. Wendy's should be...
Read moreI don't know if it's just this store or if Wendy's just isn't trying anymore but my food was terrible on my last two visits. Specifically on my last visit I ordered their Spicy Chicken sandwich and fries for myself and a baked potato and chili with cheese for friend. I've probably had that combo 100 times but on this visit my sandwich was so cool it didn't melt the cheese and my fries were terrible. Another thing about the sandwich was the chicken tasted stale or old and that has never happened to me at any Wendy's before. Maybe Covid has slowed their business to the point food is be held in refrigeration too long but I only took two bites and threw it away becauseIwas afraid it might make me sick. I paid .50 extra to add cheese to the chili and there were a few strands of cheese in the watery, tepid soup. I would have returned the entire order but I ordered in the drive through and drove away. I didn't do the survey right away because I was so angry I knew it would be a waste of time. I usually like Wendy's and eat there frequently, but I'm not going back to the Custer Rd/Canyon Creek location. I wasted $20+ there in the last week and learned my lesson. I'm realize I'm partly to blame for not checking a drive thru order but food shouldn't taste old no matter what. I'm giving 1* because the baked potato was hot and my drink was...
