Taco Bell — Restaurant in Richland Center

Worst place in RC!! Went through drive thru, no answer, went to the window where two guys were standing around! The one opened the window and confirmed they were open and started to take our order. We drove back around so we could see menu which was not lit so was very difficult! They were out of lemonade so they offer a refund which I never got when I got a water for a replacement which turned out to be soda water (puke)! Upon leaving I decided I better check our order, turns out the entire order aside from as cheese roll up is incorrect!!! When we take it in they check everything, throws it away, then tell me that that’s what the register says! Um so!! It’s not what I said and my family won’t eat it! So I tell him if it’s too difficult he can just refund me and I’ll go elsewhere! He proceeds to remake my food and cowardly has another employee had it to me without even an apology! And guess what!! Still wrong!! Even after I wrote it down for him and verbally told him!! I guess his oral and written communication skills aren’t very strong!! Unfortunately I did not get a receipt and do not know where to contact the franchise for feedback so this will have to do...

Taco bell has always been my go to late night food. However, I just recently moved to the Richland center area. Was super happy there was a taco bell....now I'm not so happy. What the hell kind of people work here? I went there at 11:00. Mind you it says you close at 12:00. All the lights were on but not a single person to be seen. Drive ahead to the drive through window they're just fing sitting their IGNORING customers. Where I used to live the taco bell was open when it said it was going to be open. And mind you, you will have bad workers, but this issue needs to be fixed. Whatever young man was in there either needs to be retrained or you guys need new employees. You're paying you're employees to sit there,instead of making money. I had three cars behind me also waiting to order. But your loss I guess. Friday night I was there and they told me I had to wait 10 minutes for my quesorita which was fine and then they gave me another one for free. Long story short I was with three peopl and they gave us all a load of free food that we didn't ask for which is cool for us but not for their business. Saturday night we showed up at 11:30pm and they told us we couldn't come inside because it was "almost 12". So we went through the drive through, waited 30 minutes, the lady behind us left. We got out food and I unpackaged it in front of them and I was missing a taco. I told "vinny" we were missing one and it took another 5 minutes to get it and then they told me I was a liar and they did make it for me and that if I lied again I wouldn't be allowed back. Literally every time I'm there they mess up/forget my order so for them to tell me I'm lying about a $1 Taco that I didn't receive is bull. Oh and not to mention "Vinny" had a dip in his lip the whole time. Not very sanitary to be chewing...
