Eric's Ice Cream Factory — Restaurant in Richland Township

We enjoy Eric's on East side we live only moments from there. Like they have homemade ice cream monster cookies um um. We visit every Fri Sat yikes lol and it's great get 3 scoops of Monster cookie spouse brownie something he loves always happy. That being said Sat night at 7:39 I went order 3 scoops monster cookie it was fast never that fast went to car to drive home felt light. Well it was I paid $5.00 for one scoop not the three I asked for. It upset me but I said well guess we'll stop going. My other half stopped on way home after 8.00 brown flurry got home said look there is hardly any brownies. In most cases it's filled & 3 scoop of mine is Hugh not tonight. $10.48 and didn't get what we paid for.

Thank You for your reply it stated great then to say "I'm not sure why it's posted here", because it's a review that's why we posted it. Thank you for saying you would refund or next visit free. As stated we go Alot it the crew are nice but it was not the first error we didn't feel the need to list anymore because again we enjoy Eric's as stated or we would not spend $40-50 a month to go. Again Thank you for trying to make it right followed with the " comment that was made followed with what you started with. Saying sorry then taking back then giving it again hum. That is another reason to leave a review....

Great food, but really slow service. They'd benefit from a separate window or intercom to order at before getting to the main window.

Response from the owner: "Although we're going to be putting those in, I have watched countless cars with massive orders continuously use the drive thru while absolutely no one is using the patio order windows. Intercom or not, you can only service someone so quick through one window. Meanwhile, there are two windows on the patio. Absolutely everything is made to order in our stores."

Response to response: We go to Eric's because everything is made to order and because we don't need to get our children out of the vehicle all the time. Sometimes, that will include a larger order. The intercoms will be appreciated by all and will give your staff several additional minutes to work on those larger orders before people get to the window. They should pay for themselves in...

I went to Eric's because I'd been wanting I'd n been wanting I've cream for days. I take my kids with, they order clearly, I order clearly one scoop mint chip in a waffle cone. The girl didn't read back my order and failed to charge me for a waffle cone. Failed to put one of my sons ice cream in a bowl, and when I asked for a dish to go with my baby cone they gave me the cone and no dish. When I told them my son and my ice cream were supposed to be cones. One regular and one waffle the other girl working said they needed to charge me $1 for the waffle cone. She got upset when I told her she should just let it go because it was their error. It's a $1. They pushed me over a $1 error on their part.
