If I could give zero stars I would. Waited 25 minutes in the drive thru before even getting someone to take our order. When the employee took our order, he was mumbling and barely audible. Also, took forever understanding a simple order. 2 large fries, a 10 piece nugget, Double Cheeseburger, and a Large Coke with no ice. When I was finally able to get to the window to pay, the employee didn't even speak, he simply held his hand out the window and took my money. My total was 17.01, I handed him a 20, he then gave me my receipt and no change. When I asked for my change, he tried to give me 10 dollars back instead of the 3 that I was owed. I had to correct him and tell him, no that's too much change. He didn't seem to understand. Seemed either very high or drunk. Very slow reacting and very confused. When we finally got to the pickup window, our food was inedible. The fries were undercooked and oversalted. So salty that it burnt my mouth, I couldn't eat them and my fiance couldn't eat hers. The chicken nuggets were so burnt you could tap them against the dash of my truck and it resonated through the whole dash. We're talking dark brown and rock hard. My double cheeseburger had so much mustard and ketchup on it that it was overpowering, and the bun was soggy. There was no onion on the burger, a pile of pickles, and way too much salt on the patties as well. Again, so salty and condiment soaked it was inedible. The Coke was flat, and warm. Even with no ice the drinks are usually cold. It must have been because it sat for 20 minutes before I got it. In total, I was there for 45 minutes before I got my order. I was so disappointed that I threw it away, didn't bother going in or through the drive through to try to get it replaced and made correctly. So that's a 17 dollar loss on my end. Avoid this McDonald's if possible. They always seem to have long waits and always mess up the orders.
Also, they falsely advertise because they don't change their signage when the menu changes. So you may try to order something that they've discontinued. I tried to order a grimace meal because it was advertised on the menu and seemed...
Read moreShame on them, I live very close and have given them my last dollar today. They have a special needs employee they are failing in every way. I came through the drive thru and she was working the front window, she handed me the wrong order and when I told her it was wrong she had no idea what to do. She was left standing their alone and looked extremely uncomfortable, she avoided eye contact and after 3-4 minutes she walked away towards the bathroom. It took another 2 minutes before I seen another employee, younger lady, she asked if I had my drinks, I explained I hadn't gotten any of my order. Then the first employee came back and this other worker was scolding her. Finally I think the manger came up and he had her give me the right food. It was heartbreaking to see how uncomfortable and confused this woman was clearly she should have been working with someone not left alone to deal with upset customers. I was nice, hopefully the 4 cars behind me extended the same grace because it took over 10 minutes and someone was honking their horn like that would speed things up. I plan on reaching out to corporate so they know not only do they always mess up your order, give you cold food but also neglect and verbally abuse their special needs employees....
Read moreThe staff at this location is "seemingly" pleasant; however so was Jeffrey Dahmer- This low energy yet high traffic "facility" (please note: we also reference our lavatories as a "facility") left a great deal to be desired. In ordering simple Frappe's my guest and I found ourselves having to explain our orders again and again(this is not the first time, but there are NO OTHER OPTIONS in this small town). I was simply exhausted from the mere tension of it all, not to mention the awkwardness in the air. The employees (due to what I could only attribute to the hiring managers horrificly FAILED attempt to diversify) are a crew of mismatched friends, neighbors, handicaps, and relatives whom require a field trip to the Real-World. Our handicapped citizens deserve better than to be exploited for their differences. For example: Placing a Deaf girl at the register to take orders, and subjecting their patrons to her inaccurately placing their orders and being afraid to correct her MORE THAN ONCE for fear of being viewed as rude, a jerk or bully.... The "Twilight Zone" is REAL & I've found it- In closing I'd like to say that I am not looking forward to another trip to the non elustrious "Wax Museum of McDonald's".... Please know a half star was...
