McDonald's — Restaurant in Richland Township

Edit to previous review: I will never ever eat at your restaurant again. You take my rewards code at the drive thru and by the time you tell me that you didn't hear it my phone timed out and I was unable to retrieve. I asked what you were going to do about the 6000 points that I just lost and was told to pull up to the 2nd window to talk to a manager I was not going to wait in line to place my order at the 2nd window and wait again as my I had order which was rather long. I chose to leave and go out to Burger King to spend my $40 dollars. They were glad to have me as a customer unlike YOU! I can tell you what you can do with your rewards app and your stinking food..........

East side used to be the good McDonalds in town. Not anymore! Neither one is worth eating at anymore. You skimp on the French fries, only filling the container 2/3 full and microwave the sandwiches. Waited in line today at McDonalds, horribly designed, drive thru. When I got to the screen, a recording asked me if I had a coupon code. When I gave the code I was told to wait a minute. I waited about 3 minutes while they waited for the outside lane to move so that they could take that order before mine. Ordered 2 sausage and egg mcmuffins and found out that McDonalds has found another way to cut costs, no egg on either sandwich. This is the 3rd time my egg has been missing on my McMuffin and I'm not going to accept this anymore. From now on, I will sit at the window until I inspect all my food. If the fry containers are not full, you will fill them. If the egg is missing you will make a new sandwich and I'm not pulling forward into one of those forgotten parking...

I was told i was gonna have a 20 minute wait just for hash browns. I arrived at 5 and though they asked me what my order was never responded after that. I drove to the first drive through window just to be watched by 3 plus employees but no answer. Same result at the next window. By now its 5:05 AM snd I'm in the snow wanting to be let in. Im knockinen on the door for several minutes before finally th eu let let me in. After asking the manager what happenen and why the inconvience. I was told "well dont always open on time and that the drive through was a recording." I said ok and ordered my food to be told that a 10 min wait for 2 hashbrowns on top of the 10 minutes i waited just to talk to someone. I couldnt wait that long due to work. The manger had no problem with the situation snd even went further to say. "I've been here 20 years and my bosses love me so its not that big of an issue" That alone makes me never want to come back. I have low blood sugar and with out breakfast today because of this employees lack to take their job serious due to seniority. 20 year in the business or not we all have a standard to uphold in...

I went to this McDonald's on Sept 2 2020 at about 930 pm. I ordered a number 3 large with bacon and a coke no ice and a large sweet tea no ice. I get the food and the drinks and they put ice in the tea but I told the young lady that its suppose be no ice and she gave me a new one with no ice. But when i get home I look in my bag and I see my large fry only half full so I look in the bottom of the bag and with everything I'm lucky if it would fill the medium fry container. Then I open my double quarter pounder and there is no bacon on it. On top of that the frys was cold. You figured at that time when its not busy they can get a order correct. This is really messed up i get a a cold meal with nothing as I ordered it.
