Padrone's Pizza — Restaurant in Richland Township

This is one of those "you'll love it if you're from around here" places and many of the area restaurants are like that. If you're not from around here, it is a decent pizza and maybe one of the better choices, but don't expect it be a great pizza.

On our third take out order, there was a long strand of hair in my salad three bites in. I threw it away and had to make myself dinner while I watched the fam eat pizza. I called to notify them and wasn't wanting or expecting anything as I had already decided I wouldn't risk such a long drive for us to have hair in our food again. The female manager offered to replace the salad and I politely said no thank you and then she offered a credit. I was hesitant, but I said sure anyways. Flash forward to about a month or so later and I happend to be in the area and remembered the credit. When I asked how much I had in credit, I was told four dollars.....which the salad with the hair was 6.25. What is the point of giving a customer a credit if you're going to only give them a partial credit? That is your opportunity to retain a customer. Hair in the food happens, but I'm sure to leave a review now for poor customer service. It wasn't like I ordered an all meat large pizza and demanded a full refund. I wasn't wanting one, but if you're going to offer,...

Ordered out on a Friday night, pizza and wings. Wait time was a little extended (15-20 minutes) longer than told. Not a big deal. Pizza was great! Wings, not bad. The boss likes her wings a little more coated but they were good. Several people were complaining about the wait time. Saying they'd gone over 45 minutes to an hour plus over what they were told. The place was EXTREMELY busy as were the line workers, it just seemed their flow wasn't coming together and wasn't very organized. We have no complaints about the food at all. Maybe they can come up with a better plan though to keep things moving a little better? Maybe they were short handed on help? There were 4 or 5 working, several delivery drivers running, I don't think the orders were flowing and in order though. But they sure were trying... And to the lady that threw a fit about wait time, you could have been a tad more courteous since others were waiting too, it wasn't all about you but ya did get us all to laugh cause it really got ya...

Had to wait over an hour and a half for a pizza to be delivered 4 blocks away. Then the next time it was over two hours. So i go there to see what the problem was sin e they took the phone off the hook and no one could reach them. Called over one hundred times before going up there. Both times u was told the delivery driver had dropped the pizza so they had to remake it. Never knew it took that long for a pizza to be remade. But when i got up there all of the KIDS working there were all in the back office laughing and having a good time instead of doing their jobs. Phone still off the reciever. Never been so disrespected by someone i was giving my money to. When told them they were being very unprofessional, the manager (high school kid no older than 17) was very rude and told me to leave. I got home before the pizza was delivered when i was told it was en route. Lie after lie and rudeness. A horrible way to do business. Will never again do business...
