Edit of review since AHAVA Coffee took over: I'm sorry I have to even do this but I gave it a couple weeks since Ahava coffee took over Barracuda. I won't be back to Ahava. Unfortunately, The coffees I've received have been all over the place. Mind you, I order pretty much the exact same thing every single morning. It's been so inconsistent since Ahava took over and it really sucks. Constantly messing up the drink order as well. These new print outs for the cups are great... if the employees would actually read them. There is a reason I need OAT MILK, not cow's milk. It's not just for fun. I can't even tell you how many drinks I have just tossed and haven't finished because of how disgusting they were and the 2 I didn't take but maybe a couple drinks off because it was made with regular milk instead of Oat milk. Only TWO employees knew how my drink was made and all they had to do was hear my voice and instantly knew (but would still confirm!) One is no longer there and the other works odd hours. It was a major convenience having the coffee shop on my way to work... but I'd rather leave early and go out of my way 3 miles just to go to another coffee stand. Been getting coffee in drive thru afternoons for the last few years and hadn’t noticed much of a change since Ahava took over. Same menu, same couple of baristas and good coffee UNTIL this past weekend…. New menu with NO SIZES or PRICES posted. My KC had a burnt carmel taste. A teenage girl was the only one there and looked confused when I asked her about it. Monday morning went inside to meet someone, there was no line and no greeting. The barista in front was focused I assume on making drinks, the one in back was at the window discussing his “ink” with a lot of “yo’s”. Finally he noticed us but it still took a couple more minutes to even order since he wouldn’t stop rambling. He was unprofessional and in fact a bit offending. Decided to give it one more try so we went through the drive thru later that afternoon and were relieved to see Ethan and finally got a good drink. We were told Ahava was going in a different direction and that they hired new staff and fired 2 longtime barracuda baristas, Kenny being one of them. He has been making our drinks most afternoons and knew just how we liked them. We appreciated his quick wit and thoughtfulness. Ethan is now the only familiar, welcoming and consistent barista they have but for how long? It is consistency, loyalty, and connection that have kept us coming back all these years and Ahava doesn't serve that. Time to find...

I absolutely LOVE Barracuda's Coffee! I've been going there for YEARS, and they have ALWAYS been very accommodating with my weird drinks and requests! They are very good at remembering who their customers are & what they drink and do their best to get the price of any altered drinks down to as low as they can for me. The owners are AMAZING people (husband and wife, Michelle, but his name escapes me at the moment?) and always friendly and cheery, even if they've had a bad day themselves! I've been taking my youngest son and my nice there since they were old enough to hold cups, and the staff have always been very accommodating to their tastes still changing as they've grown, and are very patient with them! My youngest just turned 14 a couple weeks ago and we went in and they gave him a birthday drink of his choosing! I also just saw there is another new shop here in Kennewick now too! I THINK it's near Burger Ranch, Auto Zone and O'Reilly's and Big 5 on 4th Avenue in Kennewick, but is on the opposite side of the street? But don't quote me on that? Might be better to look it up, since I'm not very good at the geography in that area? But I can guarantee you will always have excellent service at either...
