I think this is one of the most well rounded fun parks in the pacific I northwest. They had done some add on/upgrade type things to the park since I was last there about twelve years ago and it is that much more fun because of the improvements. There is something for everyone at tripleplay. However, the only reason I couldn't quite give it the perfect five stars is because the water park aspect of triple play, as fun as their slides and wave machine are, is a little small and not quite as much to do water park wise as silverwood and silvermountain. I’ve always loved their customer service until today, due to Covid19 things have drastically changed and I get it, but today, we couldn’t order drive through because we were hauling our boat, with that said, I walked to Dutch’s and attempted to place an order via the window, two employees were sitting on the bench, and advised me to walk to the drive through, a long line as always, 93• outside, I told him about my boat and he again repeated in a rude tone to walk to the drive through get in line behind the car, isn’t drive through and window ordering the same thing? Both transactions eventually pick up from the window..terrible experience, mind you we are frequent frequent customers that always leave...

I go there all the time cause it's by my work. But they mess up my drink almost every single time. I order the same exact drink everytime too, which is a wallaby blended with hazelnut. First time I went to this locatuon they messed up and I said something. Second time I came back they gave me it free and did it correct. Now everytime I go by time I make it to the window there giving me a mocha freeze with no hazelnut and they tell u it as they hand it out. I get wallaby is a old drink but it's still on your menu. And hazelnut has a strong taste like not adding it ruins the taste of the drink. Yes I never complain I just take the drink but how many times can a place mess up and not...
