★★Mediocre at best 🤷 was my initial experience with Main Moon a few years ago.▪︎ 🆕️ ★●Updated review is very different. I was feeling lazy and wanted something I didn't have to cook and close by. I'm not a Domino's fan(my family enjoys Domino's though), Taco Bell, McDonald's, etc just didn't sound any good for dinner. I suggested to get Chinese from Main Moon, he reminded me of the quality from the first time we tried it. Well, my laziness won and I ordered dinner. My expectations were low so if it wasn't good, it wouldn't have been a surprise. Surprise it was actually good, decent and what an average small Chinese place would be. I was pleasantly surprised. I don't know what they've changed in the past couple years since my last order with them, but it's working. Even though I had just ordered it last week, when my kids wanted dominos, momma got Main Moon. The food tasted even better than my order a week prior. Whatever you are doing, keep it up. Horrible company. The lady in the back was yelling and screaming at my girlfriend and making assumptions related to an order before she even knew what was going on. She was acting in a very unprofessional manner and was very aggressive and rude. She kept speaking in Chinese and using a term "ni*er, multiple times which is too similar to a racial slur towards my girlfriend who is African American. I understand its a holiday and they're the only place open, however, do not remain open if you cannot handle the over abundance of customers and orders during a holiday. They should not be running a business and I will be reporting them to the state of NC for unprofessionalism, as well as for their derogatory and racial remarks, and we will be pushing to get them shut down due to this. Its also apparent the owner is a liar because I've seen on previous reviews she says she will do better, and it's clear from her actions today that she is not living up to her word. Went to drive thru nobody was at the window so I went in to find the cashier asleep at the counter lol. I woke her up gave my name I had ordered online to find she never submitted my order. A young girl took care of placing my order from there nice girl. Waited for 15 min for the order got home and it was overcooked and flavorless. Won't waste money there again.I saw your reply and had to laugh. You said the time I waited is the usual amount of time. Yet I had placed the online order 25 minutes earlier than I arrived and still had to wait because you were sleeping and didn't send the kitchen the order.
