I really want to like China King, but most of the dishes I would order at another Chinese restaurant are done very poorly here. Anytime I'm hungry and bored enough to order again, I'm greeted by raw chicken and uncooked dough at least once or twice per plate.
The staff is more friendly than in most Chinese restaurants, but they need to take their time and finish cooking. There are other dishes with too much preservative, especially the fried rice. You can actually taste it as easily as you'd taste it in something from mcdonald's.

I did try one piece of the General Tso's, and it was very good. Shrimp roll was fantastic. Staff member at counter was very helpful with soy issues, and I know that in the future, I can have sweet and sour shrimp, among other things. Lunch special $9.95 with fried rice and soda. Large menu, very nice people, nice decorations in a modest place near McDonald's, right off of U.S. 10. Would definitely return. I wish they...
