EDIT: First of all, where is Earl? :( Is this place short staffed now? Secondly, we get Taco Bell like, every night due to my work schedule, I have never had such horrible experiences my last two visits. The people who took our orders talk like they are in a fast-talking competition for the world record. I had to repeat my order both times, multiple times each and one of the times I ended up having to order more at the window because he was starting his sentences before I was done with half of mine, trying to guess what I was going to say omg!!! Listen, I can get over that…. It’s worth it because the food is good, my family loves it. It’s 11pm by the way, nobody behind me. I have no idea what the hurry was. It was literally just 3 crunchwraps no sour cream, and 3 crispy cantina chicken tacos. This meal sucked beyond words I am in such shock. We threw it all away because we were kinda scared speed was becoming more important than quality. I’m a server myself, and I firmly believe you can still practice GREAT customer service while also maintaining a methodical and efficient way to get them thru the line! I love my customers soooooo much, they are literally the ones supporting my career! I love you Taco Bell, lemme know if you get this, otherwise I can’t afford you anymore. $30 for all of the food sparse of protein. There was barely any wait, but at what cost? :’(
Earl is the best drive thru server I’ve encountered. Always on point with getting us through quickly...

Read moreOkay very irritated. I showed up there tonight @1145 tonight okay I know y'all close at midnight. But still the disrespect was uncalled for. I asked if they have a certain type of burrito I was told " no is that all" after being reminded when I got there they're getting ready to close. He rudely finished my order. He said any sauce I said yes please fire and mild. I pull up to the window and he said very rude again I'll get your food out to you in a little bit. So I waited and waited. He hands out the food and I asked if the sauce was in the bag he told me no. So again I asked for sauce his response was well we're closed I said well yes I asked while you where open I have not left so please fire and mild would be great. I can not make sure I get to the place we are getting food from at a certain time because of we're I work I get making peoples food and going home are important to you but I'm out here dedicated to a hospital where I work and peoples lives are important to me and we don't close and when it is time for me to go home if my relief is not here on time I don't become rude. So in the end of that job is asking to much of you to be a kind person get a new job where you're not dealing with the public. Thank you will be calling manager...
