What a find! We were hungry for tacos and stumbled upon GPI on FB. I am so happy we did! I tried one each of the chicharron, pollo and quesabirria tacos. They were so juicy and flavorful, without a drop of grease. The pickled onions and radishes were the perfect complement and the au jus is totally unique and delicious. Chef Jorge's years of experience are evident as every item on the plate is well thought out and perfectly prepared. Let's not forget the hot sauce! Not for the faint of heart but rich in flavor and extremely hot. Chef Jorge came out to talk to us and his pride in his food is evident and well justified. I was not expecting 5 star food from a truck, but that is exactly what we got. We are going back...

THE BEST birria tacos in Katy, bar none. Probably the best birria tacos I've ever had. Everything else we've ever ordered is also incredible. The service is impeccable. Everything is cooked to order, but doesn't take long. Perfect portions, super fresh. It really doesn't get any better. Of all the times we've been and intended to take photos, we've always devoured them too quickly to do so, but trust me, GPI is well worth a stop, or a million stops. Dine in or take out, doesn't make a difference: it's always insanely delicious. Don't forget the sauces and pickled onions. They're the perfect accompaniment! Truly, GPI Los Tacos is a piece of heaven on Earth. Cannot...

This place is a hidden gem that everyone has to come and try, the Tacos are delicious and amazing, the service is outstanding. I came with my wife and we tried a variety of tacos. My wife ask for “Tripa” tacos and we were shocked that we were asked how my wife like the tripa cooked.. It’s “FRESH COOKED” not like the other places they have it precooked. I tried the Carne Asada and Tacos Al Pastor the flavor is unique and and well served. Another extra plus is I was able to pay with my credit card.

We will definitely are coming back to try more tacos and specially for those fresh cook...

The owners were very friendly and frequently checked in to make sure everything was ok or if we needed something. Will definitely be back and highly recommend.
