We recently visited this new indoor kids’ playground and overall had a very positive experience. The facility is brand new, very clean, and well maintained. The playground equipment is modern and safe, and my kids had a great time exploring. The play area feels bright, spacious, and thoughtfully designed, making it enjoyable for children of different ages. The staff was friendly, polite, and welcoming, which added to the good atmosphere.
That said, there are two things I feel could be improved. First, the admission policy only allows one adult per child, and any additional adult is charged $5. As a parent, I personally didn’t love being charged extra for another adult, as many other similar playgrounds in the area don’t have this restriction. Secondly, I arrived with only one hour left before closing but was still charged for two hours. I understand the policy and respect that they don’t offer a one-hour option, but other indoor playgrounds we’ve visited have extended a courtesy discount when it’s close to closing time. For a newly opened location, adding that little extra gesture of flexibility would really help build a welcoming and family-friendly environment.
Overall, I think this playground has a lot of potential, it’s safe, clean, fun, and well-run. With small improvements to their policies, I believe it can become one of the top go-to places for families...
Read morePreviously 2 stars but I will change my review! I just went back the other day and it was a much better experience. I wore socks out of respect but I noticed they weren’t heavily enforcing it for the parents, the air conditioning is working better. My kid does have a great time but I wish parents could at least go down the slide and play a little with their kids (other places allow it) I also don’t like they have a “All Day” option but you can’t leave. Playspace you can leave and come back, you can play with your kids, and they also have comfy chairs for the parents. Compared to other places it’s lacking but I’m happy it’s a little more enjoyable, especially cause it’s so close to home.
Realistic review! As you can see from the other low ratings. It’s very strict, pretty uncomfortably hot, and just a big ole let down. I’m fine with rules but it’s almost to the point where you just want to leave. I had to purchase socks for myself cause parents have to wear them too, remind you I’m sitting in one spot the entire time cause you can’t go anywhere unless you’re a kid. My kid hurt himself several times here and I felt like I couldn’t even go help him cause you’re being watched like a hawk. They love their word no here. I wish this place was enjoyable but it simply wasn’t. I rather go to Cheeky Monkey’s, PlaySpace, or even...
Read moreVery excited to have an indoor playground nearby for our 3 and 2 year old. This place is great to let them both run and enjoy the entire facility. We last at least 1.5hr playing with a break or two in between at their cafe tables. Outside food is not permitted but they have not stopped us from bringing in a light snack and their water bottles. They offer drinks and snacks and even icecream but no hot food. Its great for 6 and under even though the age allows up to 10 years old. I would say any school age 1st graders and above though get bored quickly. Toddlers and PreSchool moms, this is your place!!! You can reach almost all the attractions so you dont have to worry if your child climbs up and cant come down, you can go get them. They have a playpass which is great for us to come once a week and just tell the front desk our names. Easy bathrooms and a changing table but no drinking fountain. The parking lot does not have considerable traffic either. And McDonalds drive thru is just next door. I feel very comfortable here checking on my children but not feeling like I need to hover once I could see they could navigate the entire space...
