Came in for dip. The nail technician that I was given was not experienced with doing dip powder. I said something about it after one hand was done. The owner came over and did my other hand. The technician who did my feet came over and snatched the toe separator from my then-swollen feet because they were angry that I said I didn't like the way my nails looked on the one hand. Right now you can see the difference in my nails on each hand. One hand was done by someone who didn't know what they were doing.
I noticed that this salon wants you to spend your money and not say anything about the service you're receiving and that's not how it works in America. If I'm paying my money ($100) I'm going to let you know if the service you're giving is not up to par. If you said, “Can you come back in a few minutes for the dip service because I don't have a technician right now”. I would still be a customer but being greedy sometimes is not worth...
Read moreI visited Pecan Grove in 2020 and frequently went to their business for individual lash extensions and full sets, which I had always found to be wonderful. Recently, I called to make an appointment and was expecting to receive a 20% discount as advertised. Unfortunately, that did not happen. During my appointment, the technician accidentally burned my eye with the product she used to wipe it. She didn’t apologize but instead asked if it was burning. Additionally, I found her handling to be quite rough as she turned my head from side to side. While the results of my lashes were acceptable, I faced an uncomfortable situation when I got up: my top and bottom lashes were stuck together, and I had to separate them myself because she had left the room. Given this experience, I won't be returning. I understand you may wonder why I chose to get my lashes done there; it was a...
Read moreWebsite promised 20% Off for first time guests. I didn't get that discount. The second time, the tech told me that she would not charge me for the polish change since they made a mistake by putting the wrong color on my toes compared to the color on my fingers. When I checked out I was charged for the polish change and the tech acted like she never told me that she was not going to charge me for the polish change on my toes. I don't like to argue and make a scene but I don't like to be scammed like this either. 😒 So sad that these people are treating customers like that.
Update: July 1, 2020 After posting my experience with this mail salon the owner call me and apologized and he made the effort to make things right. Most nail salon owners NEVER do that so I was very impressed. He was very professional and kind. My nails and toes were redone and I received the...
