They literally have many ways to prepare coffee and you expect them to guess what you want without saying just that? Read morePoor customer service! All around. I asked for a toasted bagel with cream cheese. It wasnt busy and i had time to sit and eat it there. The tables were not clean. When I opened my bagel it wasnt cut in half and only had cream cheese on half of the bagel. I politely went back up to the counter to ask her to spread more cream cheese and for her to cut it in half. She gave me a plastic knife and said i had to pay extra for cream cheese. When she added it she still didnt spread it or cut it....i said please and thank you but still got no responce...i wont return.There is a much nicer Dunkin donuts...
Read moreAbsolutely the worst Dunkin I have ever been to. Ordered two drinks and both were done wrong. When I told the women they were wrong she was rude and condescending. They fixed one and redid one. The one they redid was done so incredibly bad that it was almost undrinkable. I wonder if it was done on purpose since we heard a heated discussion behind the counter that we could not understand. Will never set foot in this store again and I advise others to do the same. They staff in this store...
