7/21/25: Yes, there really is a restaurant there! We had no idea. This is our new favorite restaurant in Rincon. Chatting with the gracious owner, they opened on 7/3/25. We drive by once or twice a day and just thought it was a guest house. I don’t believe there’s a visible sign perpendicular to the road. We have a vested interest in this restaurant’s success ‘cause DAMN, it’s fantastic and want to go back, and back again.

The setting is just as impressive. There’s a wide pasture between the restaurant and Tres Palmas Beach, so you get this open, breezy view with cows grazing and the sound of waves crashing in the background. It’s peaceful, stunning, and totally unique on this side of the island.
The vibe is warm and welcoming, and the service was fantastic—personal and attentive without being over the top. We’re already planning our next visit. Alma is something special, and we’re lucky to have it right...
