My recent visit to Sunset Bakery was incredibly disappointing, primarily due to the abysmal service and rude staff. I had hoped for a pleasant local bakery experience, but what I received was anything but. Upon arrival, my order for a simple Cuban sandwich. Despite waiting for an unacceptably long time, not a single staff member bothered to inform me of the status of my order or that it was finally ready. I was left standing around, feeling ignored, alone in the store while they were inside kitchen making the sandwich. Until I had to proactively approach the counter to inquire about the delay. It was only then that I was brusquely told my sandwich had been ready for a while sitting on the counter. Not a single employee called my name to inform me. Fui para dejar el dinero en sitios locales, pero no vuelvo. 3 estrellas para ser bueno, 1 estrella...

Twice I've gone in and stood at the counter for five minutes, facing a teenager who could not even bare acknowledge my existence. Another staff member emerged from the back, did something behind the counter, then disappeared through a different door, also with never making eye contact.
Finally I had to ask the teenager if the store was even open. I was met with a death stare.
This was the second time in a row I left without buying anything.
I'll never make the mistake if going to this...
