There are only 2 other pizza shops in town, and it's a college town. There should be tremendous potential here. New to the location, I asked the owner about some of the offers available at other Giovanni's locations, and I was not treated like I was someone who wanted to spend money there. I want them to prosper, because I want healthy businesses where I live. I encourage the stakeholders to just stand back and take a fresh look at the shop and the experience of buying there. When they mess your order up you simply get a “sorry we were slammed” this most recent trip was a breaking point for me because they quoted me an hour before it would be ready. When I arrived my calzones were cold and there was barely any cheese in it and a couple pieces of pepperoni. The previous trip they forgot to add ingredients to the calzone and the trip before that they “never received my order” so I had to wait for it to be made....

Blonde girl flip her hair and shot us a dirty look to. We left right after ordering. Literally worse experience ever. I have also got soggy frys from there everytime i have ordered them from there. Get the druggies out of your business and you will prosper. Rather go to kalis in oak hill or drive to gallipolis and get food. Will never be getting food...
