Mini Rose Patterson, On October 21, I visited HteaO, located in Rio Grande, Ohio, to review the establishment. I came in twice that day. The first time, I came in to get a good look at the place and didn't make a purchase. The second time I came in, I bought something to try out. As I walked in for the first time, I noticed a couple of issues with the building's architecture. Two significant steps that weren't the safest were the first, which was on the outside deck, and the second, which was immediately upon entering the establishment. When I was walking in, I lightly stubbed my foot. After doing so, my owner said, "Be Careful, I don't know how to fix that." As I arrived, I noticed that it was spotless and beautiful. They also had gift cards and menus with a variety of drinks and treats to choose from. There weren't any menus with braille. The owner greeted me, and I asked for a business card, but unfortunately, they didn't have one. I later discovered that they have a website and do many good things for the community, such as posting notices about upcoming events around the area. They were conducting a ticket pull for a college scholarship. The first time I came in, I ordered three different drinks, two of which were holiday-themed. I got a cinnamon bun latte with oat milk, the other one being an apple & cherry iced tea, and a cherry energy drink. The barista did a fabulous job making all the drinks. The drinks were also reasonably priced! After I got all my drinks and paid for them, I asked for a drink carrier. The barista told me to be careful, as they were flimsy, and to hold onto it from the bottom, which I'm glad I did, because my drinks would've broken. It's not a terrible place, but it could use some improvement. I really loved the drinks and the people working there, and I hope this helps the owner make some improvements so that people with disabilities in the community can also enjoy their drinks and food. Everyone deserves a sweet treat! I would have broken the drink carrier as I was walking out because of the previously mentioned fall. It's not a terrible place, but it could use some improvement. I really loved the drinks and the people working there, and I hope this helps the owner make some improvements so that people with disabilities in the community can also enjoy the coffee...
