McDonald's — Restaurant in Rio Grande

Well, you can't expect much. I mean come on, it's burgers and fries served by low paid teenagers and made to the lowest of quality and health standards. Occasionally you get the raw burger you can take home and cook yourself, or fries that you can knock windows out with. And condiments, who needs em! You say you want barbeque sauce for those nuggets, will here's some honey mustard. You don't like honey mustard? Well too bad! You'll take it and politely say thank you! And that myth that soda is supposed to be carbonated, never! You haven't lived until you've had a warm flat coca cola with a single cube of ice bobbing around pleading for it's life or the company others. What do you mean or cashier was rude when your order got messed up and you got 2 hamburger patties in a chicken sandwich? It's not their fault that the cook only knows how to speak and read Spanish and that the order screen is in English. And now they have parking spots where you can order your food in an app then park and be forgotten about, ultimately having to go inside to get the food that was to be delivered to your open car window an hour ago. We had 2 orders in our car. We told her before starting. She repeated the first very quickly. The second she did not repeat. She was rude and unfriendly. We get to the window to find out the second order was incorrect. She charged us for gravy and biscuits but not the 2 drinks. I asked for the drinks and she was aggravated and said "so you want me to ring up 2 orange hi-c?" I said yes. I ordered them but was charged for gravy instead. She goes over, rudely tells someone else to ring them up and starts doing other things. She finally gets my change and one drink. We sat there and about a min later finally got her attention to give us the other. We asked for another straw and she argued that there was enough and they were all in different bags. We asked for one anyway and thank goodness we did because we didn't have enough. Not one person, from ordering to paying, and getting to the second window, not one thank you, have a nice...

This McDonald's was not a good place to stop. The customer before me was gonna walk out because all the associates we taking care of the drive thru but one associate heard him say they were all taken care of drive thru first and he came and too his order. After, they took my order I went to get some tea and both containers were empty in the lobby and had to get some from the drive thru and it was not any good. It took them about 20 mins to get my order and it was not a specialty sandwich, it was a Big Mac meal. Then when they associate handed me my order she was not very friendly. The guy that ordered in front of me was a dine in and they called his number after he was handed a number to put on the table.
