Hungry Howie's Pizza — Restaurant in River Rouge

I have gone to this location alot and so far I've had a few times my order has been wrong, or I've been charged for something and never received it. Tonight is the last time i order from there. Ordered 2 pizzas and a 2 liter. I waited hungry with a toddler for about 30 to 40 min. Go in to pick up my order and the door is locked. Apparently David, (might be the manager idk bc nobody would tell me anything, even had a hard time getting his name), decided he no longer wanted to be there and close the store early, other employees were there and not one of them called me to let me know. Delivery driver tells me she told him to call me and he said no. I asked him about a refund ans he says call corporate. I left my house in the RAIN to go there only to be told nobody even made my order. I was charged and got absolutely nothing. Nobody would issue my refund. I called corporate and they're not even able to issue them. Wtf? I called the store because they send me an email almost an hour later after i placed it telling me my order is being made. When i call I'm told they're closed yet multiple cars outside and people going in and out. I asked for a refund and the extremely monotone girl on the phone that doesn't seem to care says she's issuing refunds and that its gonna take 5 to 7 days for my refund? I told her this store sucks and she hung up on me. Screw this place. Honestly I might just never even go to hungry howies period. Nobody seemed to care about any of it except corporate and even with them theres no urgency on my refund. Either way, do yourself a favor and avoid this location. Most of the time they have 1 person (yes 1) working the counter AND making the food with outrageous wait...

First off, I had placed an order on July 4th online,, only got half my order. I called them and they wouldn't refund me half of what I paid, and said they would give me credit, for the salad I didn't get, as well as a free medium 2 topping pizza.

I called yesterday to get my credit on the Chicken Asiago salad I didn't receive on July 4th and the free pizza. As I started eating the salad, the lettuce and chicken started to not taste right. I ended up having a bad stomach ache and felt a little sick after I ate it. The pizza was bad. Wasn't even cut and tasted old and like cardboard.

Usually when I order from them the food tastes fine and looks much better than what it did.. IDK if it was because it was a credit/free and not a paid meal why it was so bad. But don't think I'll order again...

I ordered online a pizza it stated 45 mins for delivery a hour goes by I called them to find out they hadn't even cooked my pizza and there not delivering and there waiting on Door dash to contact them before they even cook it.. Nowhere does it say door dash delivery online nor that iam paying for their fee noone called to tell me these details she claims she was the manager very rude wouldn't listen how am I supposed to know its door dash????I better get the correct amount of refund so a refund still waiting 6.99 for delivery 3.00 for tip and 2.99 for a 2l of mountain dew they failed to give me pizza sucked overcooked and hard crust season non existing crust not on this pizza never again will I buy...
