Where do i even begin? First of all let me say that i hardly ever give reviews..i dont have time to do it and i make the time if it was extremely good or in this case exremely bad. We had to repeat ourselves in the drive through a couple of times (fine i get it the speaker sucks) we get our food and it seems to be all there (i made the mistake of not taking every single item out of the bag)..we get to where we are going to eat and my moms meal is wrong which means she wont eat because shes very particular about her food..so she calls to let them know they got it wrong and as shes on the phone (which by listening to her convo it sounded like they were already giving her trouble) my dad takes a bite of his itty bitty $6 buger and finds a hair...NOW my dad wont be eating because thats freakin disgusting. Anyway the guy on the phone tells my mom he will refund the money for those 2 meals. Fine. When we go back the "manager" "shift leader" human being they left in charge (i think his name is gustavo or something) tells her he will only refund her for 2 sandwiches not 2 meals. ARE YOU EFFING KIDDING ME? We even took back the burger with the hair...and one of the fries. His excuse was that because we didnt bring the 2nd fries back he couldnt refund the meal. My mom was VIVID. she asked him for his boss' name and he refused to give it to her. She yelled at him and im sure used some not so nice words but at this point she was over this situation and beyond angry. After im not sure how many times of going back and forth he gave his boss' name: claudia (im reading other reviews and she has several complaints as well). As my mom is storming out she sees the corporate number and snaps a photo of it. She will be calling 1st thing monday morning. But what i still cant believe is that there are so many terrible reviews and why are these same people still there? Sounds like the need to clean house of employees/managers and get some with a better understanding of customer service. I wish there was a 0 star option. And i really hope that the owner or somebody with power over these people see this and all the other reviews on here. They are going to cost this business a ton of money in the long run. We went on Christmas Day. No one inside when we ordered and 2 cars in the drive thru. People working the counter were rude, impatient and very slow. Took 27 mins to get our order and it was wrong. I could not eat there at all. No salads or any accommodations to make something meat free. Their beyond burger which is vegan is cooked on the same racks as the meat. Refused to make a all veggie wrap with sauce as its not on menu. So I sat while my family ate. We didn't even make it home to Stockton before people needed a toilet. Everyone who ate there ended up fighting over toilet time. The only people who were kind (grill and line cooks) took the time to remake an allergy order (Famous Star no bun due to severe allergy) because the guy running drive thru tried to scrape everything off the buns and give it to us. I told him at order please no bun it can make her very ill. The level of incompetence and inability to do their assigned jobs was seriously concerning. As new people came in to eat they to experienced the same sub par service and had to have orders remade because the order taker would not listen and after every item would say " Is that it?" After a few times I had to say I will be ordering for 6 so there is quite a bit. Had this place been busy on Christmas I could understand all this but in the hour we were there 5 cars and 4 inside orders came thru. Food was left on the counters to get cold and had to ask for it. They need to either replace or retrain their front counter and drive thru associates. A complete waste of $74 dollars and would warn others to find a better place. Any place...

The double cheeseburger with extra cheese was about the size of a McDonald’s $1 burger, but I have to say the meat was absolutely delicious. Considering the price I feel ripped off.

The soda was completely flat, which was a huge disappointment.

The fries were very delicious. Well fried and well salted.

Jalapeño cheese poppers have a lot of heat to them. I was hoping it would be filled with cream cheese (I didn’t check the details) but it was filled with cheddar or nacho cheese. Delicious but too salty for my preference. I can imagine other people liking them a lot. They were nice and crispy and well breaded.

Nothing was soggy or cold. Everything was well prepared. I only knocked off a star because the prices are way too high for the quantity of food given.

Overall, it’s a decent place if you’re in the mood for fast food. I can’t say I feel full from the $15 with of food I got though it...
