After 20 min of waiting and the employees finally catching up with their drive through orders(not dining) my order was taken. Kiosk didn't have the mexican pizza available so had to order through the register. I started feeling dizzy and sick after another 25 min went bye of waiting so i kindly asked how much longer. She stated i dont know what to tell you cant you tell were busy with drive through i told you it would be a long wait. I asked can i have my money back please im too sick to wait any longer. The manager laughed at me when i stated i was on chemotherapy and stated ill get to it when i get to it and turned to the employees and laughed again then finally got my money back. I dont understand what kind of person laughs and treats someone this way. If your reading this please dont come here especially if your disabled. Read moreEPIC FAIL!!! We only ordered three items at the drive through. We were told it was going to take a "couple" minutes to cook our order and could we please park in front of the restaurant and they would bring out our order when ready. We did and parked in front of the door across the driveway (only open spot due to large delivery truck using many spaces). We waited over 10 minutes before going in to see what was taking so long. Got told that our order had been delivered already and they insinuated that we ate it in the parking lot.... Order was for my son because I dont eat this sort 'food' due to health reasons. Once we made that clear, they acted totally uncaring about their mistake and told us they would re-cook a new order but we had to wait for everyone else in line.... Asked for and got our money back and went to Carl's Jr. instead. Not planning on revisiting Taco...
Read moreI went to Taco Bell this morning to grab breakfast for yourself and your mom. She ordered a breakfast crunch wrap, expecting the usual scrambled egg filling. But when she bit into it, there was a whole egg inside instead of the normal preparation. Shocked and unhappy with this unusual mishap, I decided to call the store to report the issue.
When you spoke to the manager, Emilio, he didn’t seem to take your concern seriously and only responded with “Ok” throughout the conversation. This lack of empathy and accountability added to your frustration, leaving you with a bad impression of their customer service.
It’s definitely disappointing when things go wrong with your order and the response from the staff doesn’t meet your expectations. Hopefully, this can be addressed if you decide to give feedback through Taco Bell’s...
