Ordered supreme nachos and supreme asada quesadilla. Upon opening up the nachos at home to find no beans. Called to see why and they stated that they didn't have any beans ready so they didn't put them on. When asked if they still put them in the nachos since we have been a customer for years, and know they do, they first told us no and then retracted it and told us we can come down and get beans. So we then waste fuel and our time because of their mistake only to get a tiny cup that doesn't even make it worth our time. On top of this I receive a call from my spouse to find out the supreme quesadilla has burnt tortilla, burnt asada, and no sour cream, salsa, or guacamole which makes it a supreme. When I asked why before I left with the beans they told me that they sometimes come crispy. I asked if they usually burn the meat and tortillas and they said yes. For the last 10 plus years I've never had this bad of service and food. This might be the last time we order here until they charnge. Unacceptable and unprofessional in every...
Read moreOne of very few places open late on a Sunday after returning from the Sierra. Ordered a huarache with asada and a regular chicken burrito that I shared with one of my kids. The huarache was good but had a bit too much lettuce. The burrito was very dry and no flavor. Not even the salsa helped, didn't finish it. The salsa bar had many options with about 5 salsas, only one salsa was spicy in our opinion, and other options, radishes, jalapeños, etc. Chips were tasty, not greasy. Quesadilla de pollo was huge and heard no complaints from my son. Asada fries were good with the fries crunchy on outside and soft inside. Probably the best item ordered. The enchiladas were average in taste with a lot of cheese on top. Service was quick and friendly. Prices average for these...
Read moreSo I ordered a super burrito from here, asada like I always do but this time I asked for the spiciest sauce they have! The lady taking my order tells me she wouldn't let me return the burrito if I didn't like it!? That's the way to do it!! So?? Diablo it is! I get home and take a bite of my burrito and a few bites into it I'm sweating! It's a very tasty heat that doesn't linger long in your mouth but man it kicks your face off!! The next day was also fun as I wont go into details! I couldn't stop eating the burrito. I DEFINITELY RECOMMEND DIABLO SALSA if you want a spicy kick in the face! Thank you TLC for the great food and great business I love the attitude towards the hot sauce and everything it's...
