I ordered a medium mango smoothie, bagel w/ cream cheese on THE SIDE & A snack size bacon. The cashier rung me up separately so I swiped my card three times she just couldn’t get the order correct. I go on the pickup side and pick my order up she had it in as “Not Toasted” for my bagel which I never said so I have NO idea where she got that from and they did not give me any cream cheese on the side as asked for. It’s maybe 2 women there that speaks English the rest of them don’t so asking for something or something as simple as placing your order is such an hassle. They have to go get 1 of the 2 women there that’s bilingual to come and ask what you are asking. So the manager Rosalada is VERY Rude & nasty she told me that the cashier didn’t charge me for the cream cheese I explained to her the order I put in with the cashier (remember I had to use my card 3 different times) she became very combative and tried to argue with me. She snatched the bag out my hand that had my receipts in them took out 3 napkins and went to get me 1 Cream cheese. I asked may I have my napkins back please she told me “No you have too many” I had a total of 7 napkins literally 7! She took 3 which left me with 4. It was no reason for her to be this rude. This is the attitude I get Everytime I come here. The serve and cater to the hispanic people first and every one else comes last. This is very prejudice. I wouldn’t recommend this DD or will I ever be back! I normally come here literally 6 days out of the week...
Read moreThis is the best Dunkin in the area. The staff are always polite even when it's busy. There are times when there's a rush of customers, like on Sunday morning, but the staff just get everybody taken care of and in the correct order so folks are happy. It's sad that somebody broke the walk-up window but the staff have adapted. Just ring the doorbell before you enter and they will know you're a mobile order. I hope the company recognizes this location for being high quality and continues to invest and fixes the walk-up window soon. I've ordered here many times and they are always on point. Thank you for being such an important chain restaurant for us in Riverdale!
Note to the reviewer upset about the use of Spanish language, this Dunkin location is in the heart of Little Mexico. I'm proud and happy to be an English speaker in this community. It's not hard to learn the Spanish numbers. And the staff speaks English, too, just ask the staff if you do not understand. Most of the time they do report pickup orders in English in my experience. The USA thankfully has no official language and we should embrace our cultural diversity as a national strength. In neighborhoods where the primary language is Spanish I am happy to hear when Spanish is used first, even at chain...
Read moreIf I could leave no stars I would. Today my family and I stopped there for breakfast after my children taekwondo class. We are a muslim family so I ordered the turkey sausage sandwich for myself and my husband and donuts for the children. We left and went home upon arrival at home we realized that there was bacon on our sandwiches. I promptly went back and asked them to be made properly. The young lady tried to just take the bacon off and put the turkey on. As stated before our family is Muslim so we can’t consume the food once it has touched pork. After asking for the them to remake the entire sandwich they caught an attitude and were nasty about having to remake the entire sandwich. I understand that this was a hassle but even on my receipt it...
