Sbarro — Restaurant in Riverside Township

If I could give this place a -1000 star I would. I went to this shabarros and bought a pizza slice. The slice had charcoal in it and it chipped my tooth. This pizza ruined my smile, my perfectly nice looking teeth. I could have choked and died with that charcoal piece.I can imagine a small child chewing it and unintentionally swallowing the hard piece and choking to death. The employees here do not clean the ovens properly. Their negligence caused me to lose my tooth partially. The oven residue hardens overtime and creates a really hard substance which feels like stone. ALOT of this hard substance was in my pizza .When i confronted one of the supervisors about it, she treated me like if i was crazy. She didn't acknowledge that i was hurt due to their negligence .She actually gave me a very hard time and ran to the back. Consumers beware. I am deeply sadden at the fact that my tooth got chipped by eating this pizza. Now i will have to go to the dentist for the rest of my life to get this fixed because we all know that teeth do not grow back and fillings fall off every couple of years. I am very depressed due to the fact that i was just trying to have a fun time at the mall eating pizza and watching a movie and now i have lost some of my perfectly good tooth while eating this pizza due to the negligence of the employees here. i am deeply depressed at the fact that i will not be able to obtain ORIGINAL bone structure with conventional...

I went there today. Mari. I think that was her name. My friend and I were getting pizza. Two separate orders. I ordered cheese and she ordered pepperoni.I don’t eat meat so having sausage pizza was kind of an annoyance. It’s not like this pizza is cheap, either. So it was a nice waste of my money and I will not be coming back there again. I called the place and all Mari had to say for herself was that she thought my friend and I were going to the place so it shouldn’t matter. Clearly it mattered since no one even ordered sausage. i have been to this location twice in the past year and it appears that it is almost always the same employees there. they don't really give the best customer service but i honestly don't look for great customer service in food courts within malls so it doesn't matter as much to someone like me.

although i do think it is somewhat ridiculous to pay over eleven dollars for a stromboli and a drink but that's on me because i don't care for pizza.

save your money and get something else from the food court unless you want pizza THAT badly then just get pizza later on that day from...
