Ok, we went to farmers today and was utterly disappointed. We went through the drive thru and ordered 2 chili cheese fries, a big cheese burger w/fries, a sierra mist, sourdough chicken sandwich, and a french toast combo w/bacon for myself, my mom and the kids. The wait was deplorable. Usually, we don't mind a bit of a wait because we are expecting the food to be cooked fresh. I pulled in at 4:06 and waited for about 20 mins before they provided my first bag of food containing the big cheese combo and 1 of the 2 chili cheese fries. I opened the bag and saw that my fries, both the chili fries and combo fries were not hot. They were luke warm, dark brown, and hard. I gave them back the fries and asked for fresh ones. I was asked to pull to the front. Another 15mins passed and I still had no fresh fries or the remainder of my food. I went inside to check on things and a few moments later a gentleman brings another portion of my food, the chicken sandwich and french toast. He informs me that the chili is not the proper temperature and that is the reason i still dont have my chili fries. He apologized and provides me with a courtesy coupon for a free chilli fry on my next visit. The gesture was nice, however, it was 45 mins in and the portion of food that i did receive was cold, which meant they cooked it when I placed the order initially 45 mins ago, instead of waiting until the chilli was done, that way all of the food could have been hot and served at the same time. The food had been sitting the entire time we were waiting. I kindly took my food back to the counter and asked for the manager. Her name was Aida and she was kind. But, I gathered she was nervous because she greeted me and before I can say anything, she immediately began addressing the chili needing time to cook. She stated that she was already aware of my chili cheese fries taking a long time and assured me that she could not serve chili until it was the proper temperature. I let her talk and once she was done I then asked if she was going to allow me to let her know what my actual problem was, since she pressumed that I was only disappointed in the chili cheese fries. She said yes, so, I informed her about the poor quality of food being served in addition to the extensive wait time we had experienced and politely asked for a refund. She apologized and issued our money back. I like farmer boys overall, as I am a VIF member. I am disappointed because it seems as if their food has taken a down turn. They advertise fresh food, yet we were served old and stale fries. I will be taking a break from farmers in hopes that they do better. I will be forwarding this review to their corporate office as well and I hope they begin to take pride in...

I am a disabled veteran and noticed on veterans day 2022 that they were giving away big cheese burger to veterans for free while I was in line at the the drive thru. I ordered the big cheese burger. When I got to the window, I showed my veterans affairs I'd. The employee looked at it, then told me the price, I only ordered the burger. I told her there was a sign saying it was free for veterans. She walked away, then came back and stated the price again. Once again I showed her my ID. She just stood there and kept asking for the money. I eventually just drove off. This establishment needs to train their employees correctly and keep them informed of all current promotions. It's just irritating to wait in line for 20 minutes and then leave without your food because of a rude and misinformed employee. I would just advise all veterans and customers to choose their place of business wisely. Might possibly consider avoiding this establishment until they can properly train their employees on proper customer service. I will definitely be avoiding this place of business. Total disrespect of veterans by the younger generation. I fought and got permanently injured for this country, for what, to be disrespected by a younger generation that has no clue what people sacrifice themselves for. ...
