Jack in the Box — Restaurant in Riverside

Upon my arrival to the restaurant,,, I found this location accessible from the freeway . I was hungry and thought to purchase an item on the menu board. I ordered and I had to go to the bathroom.... I asked the counter attendant "Is the bathroom available?" Her reply " Yes " However, I noticed that one of the two restrooms was occupied the other was locked . Meanwhile, my order was ready .... I opened the box and to my shock and amazement... my sandwich order was incomplete, lacking what the photograph represented.

The counter attendant was courteous and replaced my sandwich order . Still waiting for the restroom before I get back on the freeway.... The first and second attempt yielded no success... I patiently waited and another customer came in ordered and also needed to use the restroom.

The third attempt yielded again a failed attempt to remove the occupant from the restroom. I requested that someone open the second restroom.... I was informed that " The other restroom was for employees 👈.

Same restroom and the circumstances were getting uncomfortable for myself after 10/15 minutes of an unnecessary wait to use the restroom ,,, I was confronted by an angry employe about there's nothing she can do "Only one restroom available" and walked away .

I eventually gained access to the restroom only to find the restroom to be unclean and lacking the basic needs Toilet paper, paper towels and seat covers.... to which was noticed by the second customer who also required the use of restroom .

In conclusion,, My experience was exasperated by the lack of customer service by providing me with a number to contact the District Manager.

My total time in this location was more than I expected at 27 minutes. Just to use the facility. I eventually received the 800 number to contact someone to resolve this matter . Dissatisfied with the 2...

The food was good. Can’t complain. But this is just a fast place to get food. It was good though. I’ll go again. If you go here. Try the mini tacos. I get the Loaded mini tacos but my wife likes the plain ones. The two tacos are a great deal also. They are hot so make sure you don’t mind a little heat. Otherwise ask for no hot sauce. You must ask for a Cheesecake! They are some the best around. It’s amazing this is available in a drive through. At Jack in the Box of all places. Make sure to eat it cold though. It’s not as good at or near room temp. There shakes are super thick and creamy. Ask for a spoon if you get a shake. Also you can make the Oreo shake chocolate if you ask for it. Chocolate lovers should go for the chocolate cake. My favorite choice would be the jumbo Jack. Yeah, it’s basic but it’s a great burger if you are a burger kinda person. You will love it. The egg rolls are best with sweet and sour sauce. For breakfast ask for the croissant sandwich. If you get curly fries definitely go with ranch for the dipping sauce. I have to go now. For some odd reason this location for the night shift only,keeps saying they have discontinued the mini tacos but if you come during the day or if a different person is working the window at night they magically have them again. Seems very odd this has been a back and forth for about 1 1/2 months now and this seems to be the only location with this issue.

I just want to know if he is telling the truth and if employees are selling something they shouldn’t be anymore or is he refusing to sell an item he should be selling to simply put it because it’s a weird this is the only place not selling them and only at night.

Update one month later and this is still going on and am unable to get mini tacos at night, they seem to only serve them during the day....
