MY BOYZ HIBACHI — Restaurant in Riverside

If I could give zero stars I would. I came here yesterday and I ordered 4 plates two with double protein and veggies and then 2 other single protein with double rice no veggies. Was told it was going to be a 15-20 minute wait so I decided to wait in my car after about 35 minutes I figured it had to of been done and the buzzer was not working however I go in and yet the group of people who ordered ahead of me still hadn’t gotten their food. I was in no rush so I wasn’t too upset I waited around for about another 30 minutes. While waiting there was a customer who complaining about his order being wrong and wanting a refund I should’ve taken that as a sign. About another 15 minutes and my buzzer finally went off the cashier apologized for the wait and I said no problem and left. When I got to my car I realized my food was pretty cold but I wasn’t going to make a fuss about. it I live about 30 minutes away so it was a bit of a drive to get there and back once I arrived home I opened my food and saw that they had left out all the veggies and not only that but there was very few pieces of chicken this was extremely upsetting after the long wait and food being cold even after waiting. I called the store to ask about the veggies and the man on the phone said they had just ran out of veggies and so I asked why they did not let me know before leaving or give a discount of any sort I asked how we are going to resolve this issue and he put me on hold. He then came back and said I can drive back and get the veggies and I was like didn’t you just say you ran out of veggies? Now all of a sudden you have them again. His excuse was they just started cutting some up when i had left and for some reason didn’t let me know I wouldn’t be getting any they also did not give me double rice same about as the plates that were supposed to get veggies. I asked for a refund and they said I would have to drive back to give them the plates to get a refund and I live 30 minutes away which is ridiculous for me to come back for a mistake that they made and knew about and denied to tell me. If a business knows that it was them who was in the wrong and made the mistake you would think they would fix it right away. As you can see in the pictures the amount of food is absolutely insane for the price of $30 a plate like what the actual F. this place is a joke and I will never return here again. I 1st seen this food truck on Instagram and I wanted to see what the hype was about, the hype is real! I bit into the burrito expecting a Mexican flavor but was pleasantly surprised by an Asian flavor. The burrito was MASSIVE. I had to rotate burrito while eating because I couldn’t fit it in my mouth lol. For the size and flavor, it was DEFINITELY WORTH THE MONEY. I’ve never had a burrito so good that about 3 bites in, I tried to call them back to tell them the burrito was amazing, they didn’t answer but shortly after they texted me and I let them know that the burrito was a work of perfection. I got the spicy teriyaki chicken and for my sauce I got siracha and yum yum sauce. I came here 3 times. All the times I been here they take a long time. They are over priced for the amount of food they give you.
