I ordered two meals at the call box and was told to wait at the call box until told to drive up to the window. When arriving at the window the associate a bigger lady asked what sauces we would need and said that our limit was two for the entire order. We said okay and got our food after getting handed the bags I noticed one of the meals had cold stale (cold hard) fries so we drove around. There was no lines, so we went up to the call box and drove straight to the window and asked if we could get fresh fries for one of our meals as only one of them had warm fries. At this point those associates Jack switched places with the associate that we had prior and insisted that our fries were made to drop so I showed the associate the fries and told them these fries are cold. You could touch them yourself they are stale, I also let the associate know that in the other bag, the fries are warm it’s just one meal that had cold fries. I also asked for the receipt and was declined the receipt. The associate then said even though there was no line that we would have to go and wait inside the front in the parking for our fries , after waiting for about four minutes for our fries, even though there was no one in line and we were the only people there are fries were brought out to us, and we were again declined...
Read moreThe place is in a location at the edge of Riverside and Moval where they hike the prices up way too high because there is nothing else but the gas station and car dealerships, and there are the rich apartments across the street. The employees haven't ever delivered my order right and the app is the only way to possibly make par with the food prices. Quality of food has never been an issue. It's always the people that work there. Most recently restaffed during covid. They did fire a previously problematic worker lady well into obesity who obviously gorged on free food by consuming mistaken orders. At least the manager then was listening to customers. Now though they are having issues with late night app orders and refunds are impossible. I already have too much credit here gathered by mistaken online purchases unable to cancel but instead on standby whenever I come back to claim...if I ever do. Recommending all to take the next couple exits to either the Blaine St Jack's or South to the Jack's off of Heacock. Trust they...
Read moreRats running through the building surrounding my vehicle, a young lady by the name of KATE served me in drive thru. As soon as I came she was automatically rude shouting "Order when your ready". I ordered what I wanted the first time she didn't understand so I nicely repeated what I said at the window and she continued to give me attitude. I check my bag she didn't give me my chicken sandwich. She yelled and said I was lying so I asked to speak to a manager and she said he was in the bathroom. Then I drove back through the drive thru, and she said the manager was on break. (A manager should be on duty at all times) I really wanted to speak to a manager, did not threat anyone, and she threatened me and said she is going to call the cops on me for simply asking for a manager. I understand when people are having bad days, but you don't do this. I am a human being. Never come to this jack in the box. My experience was terrible and that lady should be fired. Ridiculous.
