Little Caesars Pizza — Restaurant in Riverside

I ordered through the app just for my pizza to sit in the kiosk thing for 30 minutes while I'm still currently waiting for my breadsticks to be ready. I don't get how it even takes 30 minutes longer to make some breadsticks and like I said I'm still currently waiting so who knows how long it'll actually be. I'm outside obviously watching and waiting, while legitimately well over 20 people have came inside, put an order in, waited a little bit, and left with their orders. My order already was estimated at a 33 minute wait which i thought was ridiculous so it's been over an hour for a cheese pizza and some breadsticks. Worst customer service I live in Texas and someone hacked my little caesars app and place an order for pick up at this location. I called for almost 15 minutes and got nothing but a busy signal then when I finally got threw they said there was nothing they could do and I would have to report my debit card stole. I asked them to at least pull the food from the portal so at least the people stealing from me wouldn’t get the food and they did sorry e can do that because they come and get it themselves.
