Del Taco — Restaurant in Riverside

Ok...I should have just remembered my last Del Taco breakfast experience and kept on driving but I was hungry and it's close to my house...To sum it up quicky, I feel like I should have just thrown my $12 in the trash the "bacon,egg and cheese BURRITO was the saddest portrayal of a burrito the hash browns were old and cold and the donut bites tasted like they had salt and pepper on them along with the puddle of grease that dripped out of them..What the hell happened to QUALITY as well as quantity...$12 wasted again....MANAGEMENT DO SOMETHING!!!! please, this is absolutely ridiculous...I guess the only way to post another review is adding to the existing review..WHAT THE HELL MAN??!!.. Why is it so difficult to place and receive a correct order?.. It would be nice if the food rather it correct or not actually resembles what you pay for..I blame management as well as store owner or corporation..TRAIN YOUR PEOPLE! I’m sorry, but I am really irritated with the guy who took my order. He said his name was Luis.. I’m just letting management know, I am tired of coming here, There’s no staff and they’re telling me that the shake machine doesn’t work ?? Why is every time I come here at night, The shake machine doesn’t work and I have to sit in the line of people to just go through the line and not get anything at all !! Why is it every time I go through there they make me pull up and wait for my order in front of the establishment to be brought out so the cars behind me, don’t have to wait but tonight I have to sit in the line and not get anything at all !! I asked him to move the line forward, and you guys should put a sign in the window before people drive through the drive-through and get stuck or at least have the cars in front of me wait for their orders in front of the establishment like I always have to ?? By the way when I was talking to him he had a nice little smirk on his face because he made me wait. I think it gave him satisfaction. That’s why I’m irritated terrible customer...

After 5 great visits and 5 GREAT meals but tonight, we experienced a "HERO to ZERO" DINING FOLLY. 15 min waiting for the server then another 10 for the ordered glass of wine and chip/salsa tabletop norm. The bartender brought my wife's Chardonnay because "our waitress left it on the bar". We had to track down a waitress to take our Bowl of soup and a Patty Melt order. 6 different times I then asked when was the soup made? Made to order, or pre-made in a warming pot? I was informed the Chicken Tortilla soup is made in the AM and served as ordered. Why then is my order taking 20 min? The same 6 employees repeatedly asked, "how we were doing"? We asked where is our order? Each said they didn't know since they didn't take our order. Sounds like the DMV, "NEXT WINDOW PLEASE" not my Dept!
