Little Caesars Pizza — Restaurant in Riverside

I had the very worst experience with this pizza place i did a phone call order i ordered 2 pepperoni pizza's with crazy crust all over but i told the clerk Jennifer who took my phone order to make one of those pizza's light sauce and she said they will be ready for pick up in 15 to 20 minutes so i arrived 15 minutes after i called i waited an additional 15 minutes for the staff to make my order cause it wasn't even made so the finally i get my order drive home and then realized the pizza wasn't marked light sauce to identify which was which so i call them back i this Jennifer girl said that she will have a pizza reserved for me gor so i go back to take the pizza back so i diid i get there and the the pizza still wasn't ready then try to say they couldent make me what i ordered i am like my i want my refund to take my business alseware and i want corporates phone num so they gave me the number to there boss so i left got in my car and called the number but ckeck this out they gave me a number that wasn't a working number so i am already fieriace so go back in there for the 3rd time and finlly got corporates number but honestly i will never go to little ceacers again i am...

Normally, I don't write too many reviews but when I saw that they had the old world fanceroni pizza on the menu again, I just had to indulge myself. I got to the store and there was no one running the counter. No one came to the front to help until there was about 4-5 customers waiting. The pizzas were ready when I got there so that is a step up from other recent visits where the wait time is a lot longer than what the app suggests. When I got home, I was bummed to find a pizza with half as many pepperoni on it than I've previously had on the same pizza and also differing substantially from the advertised product. I called the store and asked about it and the manager said I could bring it back and they could remake it but I wanted to see if it was going to be the same or different and I was told they just do 1 scoop on pepperoni on the pizza and that is why I would guess the picture and product don't match up. It was crowed as usual. I don't understand why they say "Hot & Ready. However, to add insult to injury the customer service was not very good. The young lady by the name of Leticia M (atleast that's what it said) was lacking customer service completely. There is a saying "its not what you say, its how you say it". Well, she obviously knew nothing about this. Everyone who came in and ordered she told them "you're gonna have to wait that's okay"? I'm like you can say that in a better way and tone. It was just unbelievable! A simple " we don't have any ready right now, but if you would like to wait for about 5 to 10 mins we would have some ready for you. If that's okay with you"?
