My coworkers and I decided to go grab a breakfast burritos. We were there the second they opened and the only 3 customers there. My coworker first and he ordered the Green Pig burrito. I was second and ordered the Green Pig burrito as well. My third coworker ordered the Chorizo burrito. As we are eating my coworker who ordered the Green Pig burrito finds a long black hair in his food. He informs Jovita and they make him another burrito. At this point Iâm about half way done with my burrito when I take a bite and start chewing that I feel a hair in my mouth. I immediately started gagging and pulled a long black hair out of my mouth. I informed Jovita the cashier at the front and told her I didnât want another burrito but I did want to let them know there is hair in my food. Jovita just responded with âoh my god, whatâs going on this morning?â But thatâs all she said. Thatâs just completely ridiculous, they werenât even open for 20 minutes nor were they busy.    Read moreThe food was good but the customer service wasnât the best. I ordered 1 bean rice and cheese burrito and 3 burrito boxes. 2 shredded beef and the other carne asada. When I was given the 3 boxes, there was no writing or telling of which was which. It wasnât the worse thing ever but it wasnât convenient. Second, when I was asked how many hot sauces I wanted, I said 3 for each atleast, but I was only given 5 in total. Again, really inconvenient. Also the burrito boxes come with chips, but there was hardly any per box. There was only like 3 chips in each box, I was really disappointed. Lastly, when I checked my receipt I saw that I was charged for 3 bean rice and cheese burritos instead of just 1. I was okay with it since I really do like their burritos, but then I saw that I was only given 2 burritos. But by the time I found out, I was already home. Keep in mind, I live 20 minutes away.    Read moreFollow up: Corporate Miguel's Jr contacted about this and did make things right. I ordered food online and when I arrived at specified time the food was not ready. Waited and additional 12 minutes even though nobody in the drive thru or restaurant. Then when we finally received the food we were missing a wet burrito then the staff member wanted to argue about it and demanded my receipt. They already had my receipt since I ordered online, but showed it to them anyways. I checked the rest of my order and noticed my large guacamole side was not even half full. So I went inside the restaurant which was my whole point to avoid and showed them my guacamole. They snatched the cup out of my hands to add more. Finally got my missing burrito which was another 10 minute delay. I'm the end no apology and no attempt to resolve my inconvenience.
