Arby's — Restaurant in Riverton

Second time in 8 months they have screwed up my order 1st order on the day of March 31st 2019 they gave me the wrong item when I asked for the Hawaiian smokehouse brisket and they gave me a totally wrong thing and the second time I asked for this one specifically the smokehouse brisket with no sauce and they gave me one with sauce and so they have a very bad staff and I think the manager needs to hire a better staff that has there heads pulled out of there butt

Until I see better results I will not recommend this fast food...

Horrible horrible!! I would never recommend it. They have gotten my order wrong several times. Including the last 3: time's seriously. The only reason I go there is the fact that my wife loves Arby's sandwiches. I never checked my order simply because I really didn't think anyone could be that bad!! And that's on me for giving them the benefit of the dought. Very unfriendly. Go to the next town if you have to have Arby's otherwise check your order and don't expect service...

Went into the Arby's in Riverton today and was very appalled by their food. Took a bite out of one half of my turkey ranch and bacon and the lettuce was rotten and wet and smelled nasty. Ruined the rest of my meal. Friendly staff yes but they should have remade the sandwich. Spoke to manager and all I was told was I'm sorry.
