I would give them a NEGATIVE 5 if I could. They are very illiterate, rude, and nasty. Even management! After placing my order at the drive-thru, I was told to pull around. I sat at the 1st window, and no one ever came. I also so an employee peak around the corner as if he was trying to see if i was there at the window. Needless to say, he did not tell me to pull forward to the next window, nor did he hold up his finger to acknowledge that he would be right with me. Sooooo, I took it upon myself to just pull forward to the 2nd window after I saw one of the employees standing there with her arm hanging out of the window as if she was waiting on me to pull forward. As I was pulling up, I saw her close the window. I waiting for 1-2 minutes, and finally another (fatter than the first) lady came to the window and said, "you had the cheeseburger." I said yes. I then said that I was sitting at the window back there and no one ever came. She ignored me the 1st time. I then asked, how was I to know that I was to bypass the 1st window and pull to the 2nd window. She said we just tell people to pull forward, and then she closed the window in my face. No apology or anything for them not communicating correct directions to me. When it was time to send my food out, she didn't come back to the window, nor did the girl that was standing there when I pulled up. They sent this weird looking do-boy to the window, and when I asked what was her name, he refused to give it to me. He then yelled across the restaurant and said hey she's asking for your name, but I don't know if you want to give it to her. He then said that he's not allowed to give out the employee names. This time I was supposed to get six sweet and sour sauces for my 24 piece nugget and three zesty dipping sauces for my three orders of medium onion rings. As usual I received no sauces. This is the third time this is happened at this restaurant! I called the store three times and got hung up on every time. The 4th time they answered & said the Mgr was unavailable. I said no problem I'll wait. Got hung up on again. Call back the fifth time. They picked up did not say anything and put me on hold for over 11 minutes before I finally hung up. Called back two more times got hung up on again. This location needs to find some intelligent workers who know how to answer a phone and get the orders correct. They also need to find store managers who are competent at doing their jobs. This Burger King location is a total crap show. I will be escalating this to the district and regional managers if I can ever get a store manager to answer the phone. Previous review from July 5 ,2024. I placed a delivery order from this location. Three of the four items that I ordered were incorrect or a completely different item all together. When I contacted the store manager on July 5th 2024 at 2:32 p.m. to inform her of this issue. I went through the multiple things that were wrong with my order and ask how could this order gets so messed up? Her response was well my employees are just kids. As if this kind of incompetence is okay because her employees are two immature to do the job correctly. My advice go to a different Burger King maybe they have e6mployees who are not children and can get your order done correctly. Read moreJust ordered dinner for my family and I, I asked for no ketchup on my double whopper, and before paying I confirmed with the lady in the window that it didn’t have ketchup. Of course when I got home there was ketchup in the burger… so I called to tell them my frustrations on how I can confirm an order and they still get it wrong.. the manager than asked if I can come back to get a new one, I told her I’m unable to since I have little ones that are already in bed. She then hung up on me, I called back and no answer so I called again. This time she picked up and I was greated with laughter, I told her that was u professional and she then stated I was being rude.. I was never rude, I just wanted to let her aware of her crew being careless, she then stated that she offered me a new sandwich. I explained to her again my call was more so for her to speak to staff. While speaking with her she was giggling over the phone like a child. I asked for her name and cooperate number. It was a fake number she gave and I wouldn’t be surprised if her name was fake as well. Anyways Ashley please do better, you are suppose to be an example for what your crew should be.
