Ms.Paula is the best. She is very encouraging. I met her by taking her baking class. My first class experience was the best experience in a class that l have ever taken. It went so well that l went to another class after theses classes had class ended. I learned a lot and have more confidence than l did when l first walked in Ms.Paula class the first day back in January. She is always willing to help. One of the most valuable things l learned was time management and prepping and for Thanksgiving l will use those skills for big orders. Had l not taken the class l would have waited until it’s time to bake my cakes and l would have been in TROUBLE with time falling behind! The food - - Now the food is delicious. Cakes are moist and flavorful. My favorite food is the Anidip that melts in your mouth, and red velvet cupcakes. Ms.Paula also makes my cake toppers and picture props for every event that l cater to. The only baker that can satisfy my sweet tooth cravings! I just had her sweet potato pie for the first time. The best I ever had!! From the first bite I was in love, just enough sweetness and flaky crust balanced it out. It reminded me of my granny’s sweet potato pie, but better (Shh!) You can tell it was made from scratch, that homemade kinda love! My family of 3 received 16 of Anipearl's oatmeal toffee cookies as a blessing. I ate 10 before closing my eyes for bed. My mom did manage to get 1, but I unashamedly finished off the last 5 with coffee the next morning. Those poor cookies never had a chance, not even 24 hrs. The gift of baking/cooking skipped all passed me. But thank God for marinating my cousin Paula aka Anipearl deeply in both.
